The service writer was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about my concerns. My appointment was a breeze to make, the price seemed fair, all my questions were answered satisfactorily and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Great Service
Service department team was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I took advantage of the shuttle to the mall. Had I chosen to wait onsite there were various magazines available, a television and complimentary coffee.

Great Service, clean facilities
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We started with Jose Lopez on one day and when we came back and Jose was with another customer, Wayne took care of us. Then we finished up with Jose, whom stayed late to make sure we got the best deal and could take our new car home. Both Jose and Wayne were great. It was a pleasure meeting and working with them.

Terrific service at fair prices
The service department was amazing, the guy (I'm forgetting his name at the moment) worked with me, listened to my concerns, (just a couple things making noise) and was generally very helpful. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me maintain my vehicle, not trying upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary extras. Terrific service!!! Also, their prices on the service they do is very fair, they aren't trying to charge $400 for just changing a cabin air filter, etc.

Kia product and employees are the best.
Very efficient employees, but also nice and welcoming. Extra help with sticky goop on the paint...removed it with pleasure and efficiency. Great people at KIA.

New car experience
I really enjoyed my sales lady rebecca, she was super friendly and did a great listening to what I wanted. The finance guy also was grwt he was friendly and super quick and prepared making the paperwork easy.
