The front desk listened and responded to our questions. When they did NOT know the answer they ASKED someone else which we appreciated instead of "guessing" or giving us incorrect information.

Polite and efficient staff, nice facilities
Staff is always polite and makes sure everything is going smoothly. Doesn't push unneeded items (like a lot of quick-lube places do).

Friendly, personal service.
Friendly...willing to answer questions...they do good work. I took the shuttle to work and when my car was ready and because I didn't owe anything, my car was brought to me and the shuttle picked that person up. I really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to leave work to get my car.
