I am very pleased with all staff at Duval Ford. From the moment you walk in, you are given the upmost attention and treated with respect. We knew what we came in mind to see and our budget, and it was a success. They have a lounge, a waiting room, and even massage chairs if your loved ones need them. Biggest hugs and thank you to Kathleen and James for helping us make this move such a smooth transition when it came down to transportation. You guys are amazing!

Duval is my Ford dealer! Service personnel were super nice and my "agent" William was perfect. He worked with me and my extended warranty company and before closing my ticket he found some POINTS I had accumulated and used them. Always a FORD and DUVAL.

511 miles of travel to do business with Joshua Hunt because he was so efficient and friendly. They had all my paperwork done and ready so that I was out the door within 30min. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The dealerships in NC could learn a lot from Duval Ford and Joshua Hunt when it comes to customer service.
