Leighton was upfront and honest the entire process in
Leighton was upfront and honest the entire process in buying my new Ford Explorer. He absolutely went above and beyond at all points of our transaction. I am an active duty Marine stationed in NC, and leighton stayed consistent with me for 3 weeks so I could make time to drive down and pick up the vehicle. Thank you Leighton

Mobile service tech Mike Hoffman was great he processed
Mobile service tech Mike Hoffman was great he processed the recall and determined that my dome light wasn't coming on when doors were opened due to a sensor, I believe. I was unable to purchase the part needed to replace it because of my finances.

The technician called to ask if he could come earlier
The technician called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled! He was so polite and changed the oil fast. He was also going to rotate my tires as a new purchaser this was all free for the 1st service. I just had my front brakes changed so the tires were rotated a few weeks earlier. I was surprised at how fast he changed the oil. There was not one drop of oil on my driveway when he finished! I highly recommend the mobile service.
