She was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and never made me feel pressured. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Mr. Bernie in finance was also extremely professional and efficient. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process simple, and ensured I understood all my options. The level of professionalism from both of them was impressive.
