They don’t print sales contracts anymore and have you

They don’t print sales contracts anymore and have you read and sign on an iPad but they’ll tell you the iPad doesn’t work so to read and sign the paperwork on your phone so they can sneak in an $800 oil change they told you was complimentary and then when you bring the vehicle back to be looked at under warranty and they have no idea whats wrong with it so they keep it for months and run out your warranty because they aren’t willing or aren’t able to diagnose the issue and you’re stuck with an inoperable vehicle with a payment and to add insult to injury they won’t stop calling you at 7:30 in the morning enroll you in some membership or try to sell you more service when they couldn’t fix the vehicle in the first place.

I was interested in a used car that they have on their

I was interested in a used car that they have on their lot. I had found it on another website and I looked at the vehicle history before contacting them. The history showed that the car had been in an accident. Their website says that the car has never been in an accident. I mentioned that to the sales person. He lied and told me he fixed the error. I checked today, 5 days later, and the same error is still there. No thanks I will not deal with therm.

I email about a van with 2 specific questions.

I email about a van with 2 specific questions. I got a video back. Helpful but no other information. 3 more emails to the same sales associate with 2 days. Van got sold to someone before she got around to even trying to help me. Then offers a differ van with none off the features, AWD, configuration, etc that I am looking for, it’s priced higher. Poor service, lacks professionalism, follow through and effort.

I spent several months looking for my last truck and

I spent several months looking for my last truck and after dealer with five local dealers, Duval worked harder to find what I wanted. Warren an Drew were very professional and made sure they kept in touch with me the entire time. I highly recommend Duval Ford for anyone's next purchase.

Great Experience

I turned to DuVal Ford because their web page showed the new Ford truck that I was seeking. All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.

Car Buying Experience from Duval Ford

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.
