I called about a broken taillight and spoke to Jonathan.
I called about a broken taillight and spoke to Jonathan. When he saw that all appointment times were booked that afternoon, he told me to come on in and ask for him. I did, and he got me in quickly. So professional and friendly. Problem resolved and I was on my way in about an hour and 15 minutes.

DUVAL FORD Never Disappoints! Service is always exceptional, timely, fairly priced, completed without incident! the a few weeks back I bumped the side of the garage door frame and hurt my EDGE ST, TwinTurbo Baby. Her beautiful paint was scratched and he nose was tweaked! She needed a New nose, a new DR Side Fender and all of the attached Sensors reset. I WAS SICK! and then in no time thanks to DUVAL and Disney Paint and Body my girl was back as good as NEW! everything is perfect! ALL the gaps, the fit, and finish, everything is better than new! No Worries, NO Disappointments, Just Fixed and Returned! Richard Jordan and Will you Folks are the Good Stuff, The BEST, The MEN! TYVM, Beth Rudd

Chris Hanson was the gentleman that helped me. He was amazing. He got me in on an oil change even though schedule on the Ford Pass didn’t work. It was done within a hour. Communication was great and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
