Recently brought our 2018 CRV for service (we also have a 2024 CRV purchased at Honda of Ocala). I always ask for Nick Grignon. Nick is kind, knowledgeable, explains exactly what needs to be done, answers all of our questions, and reviews everything with us at the conclusion of our service. Although we didn't get a chance to talk to him, Javier Ortiz was our service technician & the CRV ran smoothly after its service, everything was fixed. Overall here dealership is a pleasure to visit. There are comfortable areas to wait, a place to set up a laptop, complimentary beverages and snacks. Since our service was going to take several hours, we also got a complimentary shuttle back home and again, forgot his name, the shuttle driver was super nice and we really appreciated it. Just wish the dealership was located closer to the On Top of the World community. Overall it was excellent customer service and will continue to come back. Thank you!

Alan Page managed the service of my Honda for the 2nd time since we purchased our CR-V. AJ is attentive, respectful and concerned that I understand what I need and what is recommended. It is important to me that I can trust the person who is taking care of my car and I feel confident that Alan is doing just that.

Shac is a true professional, very knowledgeable, and was extremely helpful in trying to help me find a pre-owned vehicle. He knew what I was looking for and suggested all the right things. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. Honda of Ocala is a very nice dealership and everyone I met was so kind and customer service oriented.

I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday March 22 2026 with the dealership to purchase a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer advertised online. I drove an hour to the dealership and arrived at my scheduled time only to be asked to wait while they found the vehicle. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told the vehicle had been sold. To me, this was a bait and switch. I was very upset and left the dealership. When I got home and had cooled down I called and asked to speak with management. Managers were not available for me to speak with so I told my complaint to the receptionist and she informed me one of the two managers on staff at the time would call me back. I never received a return call

Very nice staff. In the end, the Buick Enclave that we considered was not in as good condition as we had hoped. Chose another Buick Enclave at another dealer that same day.
