Thanks to the whole Sales staff at Honda of Ocala, and especially Sergey Yu and his Sales Manager, we went for oil change with our old Honda CRV and ended up with driving back a new Honda Pilot. They all went above and beyond to find the exact car, that met our demands and expectations, to make our purchase possible. We are very happy with the new car. I took my car in to have them look at a piece of trim on the door and my Service writer was Alan Page. Alan was very professional and helpful, he scheduled my car for a tech to check it out and got /everything squared away. I was very impressed with how Alan took care of me and the great atmosphere of the service department. I would highly recommend them to any one.
