Our salesman Landi Toma was great.

Our salesman Landi Toma was great. He showed us exactly what we were looking for with no pressure at all. It turned out to not be the vehicle for us so we made use if the exchange option and ended up with our Rav4. We LOVE it, and again, Landi has been great. He recognizes us every time we walk in. I would highly recommend Arlington Toyota and Landi to anyone considering a new vehicle.

Abusive interaction cause me to be treated unfairly when Roger Page spoke. Arrogant, Racist, Uneducated Tyrant who called the Police when I did agree to do what he commanded as the Manager. Then, when I addressed it with Richard he said that he thought I quit!? He the General Manager. I was denied unemployment because he lied on the Hearing to the Judge. They lie and lie, but, I still talk about them and I send people to Coggin or Butler.

•They didn’t communicate about the Issue I was telling them about. •The advisor that I was assigned with left that day and probably didn’t discuss the situation to the other person that replaced his spot •When I went to claim my tacoma, there few reps there that was free, one particular guy that was staring at me that could’ve asked what I wanted but left the cubicle and stood to another to avoid being bothered •The man that was ringing me up was all bout my payment, he didn’t even ask if I had any concerns •When I asked him about the whining noise from behind my truck, apparently the tech told him that i did some modifications that caused the noise. I asked the advisor what it was and the answer is “ I don’t know… you have to comeback here tomorrow and ask the assigned advisor about your concern “ •Again, that same guy seemed to be in such as rush that all he cared about is that $450.96 bill that I owe. By the way. The brake fluid change wasn’t part of that visit. I asked about it and Chris said “ well check the consistency and well let you know” …. Like i said nobody called. This visit was sooo much worst than my last visit! xxx Arlington Toyota??? Whats going on?? Ive been a loyal customer since I live close by. Im sure it wont matter loosing one customer, so that will be my last visit. Ill make sure anyone I know that brings their vehicle to Arlington not to comeback there due to xxxxty service. You guys don't evolve and do better… it gets worse.

I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with Arlington

I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with Arlington Toyota Service, particularly with a service person named Steven. My experience has been deeply disappointing. Steven failed to meet his responsibilities in several ways. He knew I would need a Lyft to get to the dealership but did not inform me in time that my car was ready. Despite my attempts to contact him through calls and texts, he ignored them and refused to arrange a Lyft, leaving me stranded and putting my job at risk. His lack of consideration was unacceptable. Moreover, Steven promised that my car would get a little clean up, but he did not deliver on this commitment either. Steven is a pathological liar, i wouldnt trust him, ever. It is clear that this dealership takes advantage of its customers, particularly women, by neglecting their responsibilities and failing to provide basic assistance. I had to plead to get my car back in time to avoid losing my job. I strongly advise against using Arlington Toyota Service and suggest finding a dealership that genuinely values and respects its customers.
