AWESOME Experience!

My wife and I decided after selling our 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser back in 2013 for a Chevrolet sedan. My wife loved her PT Cruiser and decided she wanted another SUV. We always admired the Dodge Journey and decided check one out. We found one on line at Kelly and decides to drive from our home in Saylorsburg to Emmaus to check out our find. We looked it over, talked some numbers and drove our new Journey home the same day. Timmy Sparrow, Blake and Shawn made our experience smooth as glass. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. My husband and I bought a new 2017 jeep trailhawk,love it.

We looked at several suv's in this price range. The Jeep dealer was the best for us. I would recommend this dealership and the jeep brand. We have been to the mountains and it handled Great in the snow. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the staff. (thank you heather) and the internet sales team. You were a pleasure to work with. :)

Best purchase experience ever on a vehicle

Tim and everyone were very nice and up front with us. I lived in the South for 25 years and even though this is a Northern dealership they showed southern charm. No hassle or strong arming. Tim and Finance found us the deal we wanted in a short period of time.

Very easy and straight forward hassle free

Tim was awesome and catered to our every need and request. Finance gave us what we wanted, and I did not have to wear boxing gloves to close the deal.

Body shop’s customer service HORRENDOUS!

I’ve wasted over 4 months waiting for this dealership to complete the body work they started back in August. I was told I was to bring my truck back a month after they replaced my rusting fender on my 4 year old truck (replaced under warranty.) I was told it would need to have the protective coating reapplied. I have made multiple attempts to contact body shop manager Tim Hollis (over a dozen) to set up this appointment. For some reason unknown to me, Tim has refused to return my calls with the exception of once where he said he’d get back to me. I finally gave up and complained to Chrysler for not completing the job. It is my understanding that Chrysler also had to make multiple attempts to contact Tim Hollis. After months and multiple attempts to get Kelly to complete this task, I was finally told by Chrysler that I will not need the protective coating reapplied and noted my corrosion warranty will not be affected. Until now, I’ve always been pleased with Kelly’s service and Thadd has always treated me respectably. However I am dumbfounded how management at this dealership can just thoroughly ignore it’s customer. Unfortunately, I am taking my future business elsewhere. UPDATE 1/31/18. Steve Parr, the GM of the dealership contacted me after reading my review. He apologized after personally looking into the situation. He was unaware of it and I commend him for the follow up.

I felt that would be easier than calling. If you have read it, I am sure you would agree with my frustration. If you did not get it or maybe overlooked it, let me know and I will resend it.

I have my Renegade!!!

I wanted a Rene for a long time and I finally got it. The experience of buying it was good. The dealer that worked with us was very helpful. She went above and beyond even after the car was sold.

Ben was so good at listening to what my husband and I needed for a next car. Instead of pressuring us into a car we didn’t really like he listened and found exactly what we had been looking for. A see less car buying experience with one of the nicest salesperson I’ve ever met
