I took my jeep in for recall service, and was paired with Jesse when I arrived. He took the time to explain what the recall was for as well as why the solution was an actual fix for the pronlem, which to me shows his understanding of the situation and his job. Everything went very smoothly and I will definitely request him on my next service appointment.

I have been dealing with Dave for alot of years. All ways treat me like I am the most important person at the time.VIP. He is the reason I am on my 3rd vehicle from Kelly. He will do what needs to be done for the cusomer, and will be just as honest to say when and why things can't get done. If he retires before I am done driveing there are others in the service department that will follow suit. Hope he never retiers. That said, the intire service dept gets a five rating from me.
