This is my second appointment at Kelly with my new truck.

This is my second appointment at Kelly with my new truck. Service was prompt. I was greeted by the new Ram service advisor (Dave’s replacement). Courteous and informative. It was only an oil change, so I was in and out in about 75 minutes and there were no surprises.

The service was great. No problems with my inspection and emissions Al got free wiper blades because O bought the car at Kelly

Fraud Fraud Fraud

DO NOT buy a car from these frauds. Not only was I railroaded into buying a car, but they signed me up for TWO loans from TWO different banks for the same car. General Manager Dave LaBar claimed "that could never happen, it would've been noticed immediately at the end of the month". Dave wouldn’t speak to me without hanging up until I got my father on the phone. Because as we all know, women are incapable of discussing financial documents without a husband or father present (even though I, a woman, paid for the car with my own money, no co-signer, no guarantor). #PraiseBe #UnderHisEye Dave continued to deflect and blame me for KELLYS AUTO entering into two diff contracts with Capital One and Alley Bank - even though both banks confirmed they bought the loan from Kelly’s Auto directly. Just be honest little davey, you pocketed the 35K!!!

Terrible Service

While my sales experience with Jarrett Zongora was exceptional. I cannot say the same for my service dept. I received a recall on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, it’s been to the service dept two times already and no one on their staff can seem to correct the recall or communicate with me. I have been getting the run around for weeks. This is after I Inconvenienced family to help me drop the car off/pick it up (I work full time and have 2 small children). Then they offered to pick up my Jeep to look at but my house was too far away so asked if they could pick up at my location of work (only a 10 minute difference). Still no resolution. I don’t understand why I can’t get an answer to how resolve the recall which is also a safety hazard (high beams don’t turn on when master on auto). Don Kistler has only been saying “I’m coming up with a plan” for weeks. Here’s a plan…pick my Jeep, give me a loaner and don’t return it until it works.
