Service work and replacement parts are fine. Expected 30 minutes but actually took 2 hours. Service Tech should have managed expectations better.

came in for an oil change and alignment but but
came in for an oil change and alignment but but dangerously worn tires and a leaking oil pan gasket required the car to be left overnight. kellys shuttle service quickly got me back to easton. it was a pleasure riding with john as he's a safe driver, knowlegable and a nice guy. service advisor robert brunetto was patient and thorough,taking me out to the vehicle and showing me what was going to be worked on and why. these guys made "the dealership experience" a positive thing.
