I ordered a recall part from this company several months ago. Now maybe the SCAMDEMIC has something to do with the delay but I gave them my VIN number they needed to order the part. They ordered it, several months passed, they got the part in but never called me, and meanwhile the part I needed is sitting there, while I'm driving around in a dangerous vehicle with an airbag recall. Then I finally get ahold of them and it turns out they have the part but never called me to make an appt to get it installed. If I had never called, would they have never installed the part? Now I get through and get nothing but voicemails.

Price was way too high for the work. Also there were no specific parts or time listed. The service rep just picked a number out of the blue. I was quoted an amount. Of $96.00 up in MD for the same work.

Amazing service and the entire staff is very courteous and accommodating. They gave me a long waiting period but it ended up being in and out of there. I went the next day to the AutoNation in Tampa and the service rep Daniel Gallagher was absolutely angry about me being there and was very nasty overall so definitely go to the Clearwater location and nowhere else.
