The only place I take the car for service

As always, I brought the car to Auto Nation for the routine service. My regular service advisor (Celso) was not there because of a personal medical appointment, but Ed picked up the ball and handled my appointment without hesitation. As usual, I was kept well informed of progress, and the necessary tasks were performed as needed. After three years of having the car serviced here, I have not been disappointed or inconvenienced. Great job everyone!

Worst service ever

I had my car towed for service and they tried to get me to purchase a serpentine belt and pcm. I had it towed from autonation Lincoln to parks Lincoln in Tampa and parks Lincoln repaired my car and said it did not need a pcm and did not need a serpentine belt. Autonation Lincoln tried to sell me over 1000 dollars worth of parts I did not need according to Parks Lincoln. Need I say more?

pleasant to deal with everyone is very welcoming and do everything possible to make you feel at home the concern and follow up by everyone is very refreshing I would have liked the vehicle dried off a little better for the windshield and the passenger window had some streaks

Car Service

Love AutoNation and my Service Rep Celso Milan. Repairs or service done in a timely manner and reliable work. I usually make an appmt for service...but I have just "dropped in" to discuss a problem and Celso gets it handled ASAP. Can't recommend them highly enough!

The dealership went to great lengths to find me the car I wanted, and then closed the deal at a very good, no-haggle price. This is my second purchase and I have been very satisfied.

Not Great

At 5600 miles and almost one year since the purchase of my MKZ-Hybrid, went in to have the free 10k mile oil change. The dealership then wanted to sell other things I did not want, including "interior sanitizing". No pressure, but they were not happy. Asked them to do clean the car, and all I got was a very quick vacuuming of the front floor area. When I got the car back, I noticed the sticker placed on the windshield had the following: "Last Serviced on 3/14/21 mile: 13269". This implies the car was "SERVICED" already in the future???? Not completely satisfied.

car service

My car scheduled its own oil change. I got to the dealership 10 minutes early. they had my "Chart" ready to go. They preformed the service, did a through check and washed the car in about 40 minutes. I was blown away with this attention to details. Thank You
