My vehicle purchase experience from AutoNation was very pleasant from the time that I first showed up to the very end of my purchase. 1st of all and what I like the most was that I received no pressure from any of the salesmen. They let me take my time and browse as slowly as I needed. They were quick to answer any question(s) that I had. I compared their pricing with others. They had the best pricing. They covered the various options for financing and allowed me as much time as i needed to make my final decision. They were very professional ,courteous and patient .That was the best car buying venture of all my purchases. Hats off to salesman "Gregory" and Financier "Patrick". Keep up the good work AutoNation.

I have been a Ford Wolfchase customer for years and for most of those years Barbara Myers has been my most excellent service advisor. She knows maintenance should be done and nothing extra I don’t need. I have two Ford vehicles and have been very happy with Ford Wolfchase.

I purchased my 2017 Ford Mustang GT here over 10 years ago. Brought my stang back for every oil change and service. They've installed Ford Performance Parts ! Solid Performance from the sales team to the service team every time!

The seam on the driver seat back came apart. This was a warranty repair. I was told it would take three weeks to receive the seat cover. I called three weeks later to see if it had come in. It is on back order to call back in a month. When I called back my service advisor said I think it has come in. She called Parts and I heard the parts guy say, ?I told you it was in?. She did not call to let me know. I dropped my car off at 8:00am on 3/30 and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Once again no communication. I sent her a text and she finally called me at 4:30 to tell me it wasn?t ready, it would be ready on Tuesday. No communication until I sent her a text only to find out it wasn?t ready. They did give me a loaner. I finally got my car back 4/1 at 4:15.
