The seam on the driver seat back came apart. This was a warranty repair. I was told it would take three weeks to receive the seat cover. I called three weeks later to see if it had come in. It is on back order to call back in a month. When I called back my service advisor said I think it has come in. She called Parts and I heard the parts guy say, ?I told you it was in?. She did not call to let me know. I dropped my car off at 8:00am on 3/30 and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Once again no communication. I sent her a text and she finally called me at 4:30 to tell me it wasn?t ready, it would be ready on Tuesday. No communication until I sent her a text only to find out it wasn?t ready. They did give me a loaner. I finally got my car back 4/1 at 4:15.

A good dealership to do business with. Service team seems to work well together. As a customer I was treated with dignity and respect. Very clean waiting area which had lots of space and good television shows playing.

A great experience. I went in on a Friday after work with my vehicle already picked out that I'd actually seen here on cars.com. The Associate was SO helpful and they made my requests work! I traded in my 2021 for a 2025, and I love my new car! Also, the finance manager was also great. Very nice and funny! I think my salesman was named Joseph. I was literally the last person there that night and profusely thanked them for being patient with me and they did the same. Would highly consider going back in the future! Now I'm off to ride into the sunset in my 2025 Subaru Outback!

I initiated a follow-up email regarding my appraisal request, but I have not received any response from the sales manager or the sales representative. I was interested in a vehicle that had been sold elsewhere, but I still desired my appraisal after being subjected to an extensive sales presentation. Despite my efforts to contact both parties at the dealership, I have not received any further communication. It is evident that they were not interested in my business, as they did not prioritize my needs over their own interests. Consequently, I have since moved on and purchased a truck from another dealership. I regret the time and effort wasted on this matter and will not engage in any future business with this dealership.
