3 hours for oil change is not only unacceptable it is
3 hours for oil change is not only unacceptable it is absurd. While I was waiting I was told 3 times my truck would be ready in 20 minutes only to get it 2 hours later.

Communication skills lacking
I would call and leave a message to call me back with a status update on my vehicle, that would never happen. I had to call the front desk to get someone to walk back to service and put someone on the phone. I can't say I'll go back.

Unpleasant experience
I hardly ever use the dealer for repairs, but fortunately this hybrid transmission issue was covered by the warranty, which was great news. And that was the end of the great news. It took three weeks to repair the car. A small portion of that was waiting on parts, and the rest of it was waiting to get the car into the shop, as they only have one authorized technician for this issue. What was worse was the lack of updates, urgency, and empathy from the service advisor and manager. They didn't know the status of the repair when I would call, wouldn't call back when they said they would, and they had very indifferent attitudes about the whole process. I hope the car is repaired, at least. It's only been a few days and things seem great.
