My husband and I dealt with Frank Russo for our second purchase with the dealership. Frank was honest with us and respectful. His support after the sale has been phenomenal! I am new to the "screen" in the car, and he has patiently explained things several times and sent emails to make sure I succeeded! Would highly recommend his customer service!!

The price listed online for my truck was not honored when I arrived — I was told, “We couldn’t sell it for that,” with no explanation. Since purchasing, I’ve had multiple issues with the truck and no real help from the dealership. Frank Russo ghosted me after the sale and passed me off to a manager who offered nothing but empty apologies. Once they get your money, they stop caring. Do not purchase from this dealer. They are a sham.

Gault is a great place to get your next Truck, car, Suv. I never felt pressured, given multiple options. They helped with insurance, financing, and with all the features I wanted. Ricky is Awesome and very knowledgeable on operating the "bells and whistles. Professional, friendly, and upfront with options. So happy I went to Gault. Thank you Ricky and the Gang. It's a 10 out of 10 for me. 2026 Equinox is one Excellent SUV.

I have been having problems with the car I bought from
I have been having problems with the car I bought from them for 2 years I am still paying. They keep it for weeks do not look for it. I go to higher management and they just send it back to the same location to have nothing done. I have been having problems with my Chevy since I bought it. Ac issues, motor issues, heat issues, electrical issues. They don't have any loaners available unless you’re paying cash and high status. so that leaves me paying more money then I get for transportation I’m already spending 1,000 on a month to not have a vehicles . if you are a lawyer reading their comments please reach out! This is ridiculous!!!!!

Sales department is wonderful, service department is
Sales department is wonderful, service department is AWFUL. Had my blazer in there for 2 different reasons, 2 different times and was told they could not figure out the "sound" or "duplicate the warning light". Though a different service department at a different dealership had no problem finding the problem and fixing it.
