I bought a new Lincoln Corsair recently. I had an agreed price with the salesman. But later, when the offer paperwork was ready to sign, they used the higher original price. I got that corrected. When I got to signing the final large stack of forms at the very end of the day, I did sign the contract. But upon reading when I got home, I found they had again raised the price and added new fees that I never agreed on. I was treated unethically by these people, and you might be too. Very, very carefully check the FINAL paperwork when you meet the finance guy in the back room.

If you want a five star team that will absolutely blow your mind with how hard they will work to put the right deal together, start with this group at Leith Lincoln: Vinny Vassallo – Sales & Leasing Consultant Bo Bodenstine – General Sales Manager John Wahba – Sales Manager John Groissl – General Manager Logan – Finance Manager I recently purchased a Lincoln Navigator Black Label from Leith Lincoln, and after everything my husband and I went through researching large SUVs, I can confidently say this team delivered one of the most remarkable car buying experiences we’ve ever had. Before making this decision, my husband and I went far beyond casual research. Over several months we spent countless hours studying the full size SUV market. That meant watching numerous vehicle review videos, reading detailed comparisons online, analyzing features, and physically test driving nearly every serious contender we could find. During that process we evaluated vehicles including the GMC Yukon, Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition, Land Rover, Infiniti QX80, Mercedes, and Lexus. Some of these fall into the luxury category while others compete in the premium full size SUV segment, but we wanted to fully understand the market before making a decision. We also interacted with multiple dealerships across the region, and the difference in professionalism, effort, and genuine commitment to earning our business was striking. From the beginning, Vinny Vassallo was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient while we evaluated options and worked through what was honestly a complicated trade situation. I was transitioning out of an Escalade that I was significantly upside down in, which meant the numbers required real creativity and collaboration behind the scenes. Rather than rushing us or applying pressure, Vinny stayed engaged throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Behind the scenes, Bo Bodenstine and John Wahba worked diligently to help structure and negotiate the deal. Their persistence and professionalism were unmistakable throughout the process. And a huge shout out to John Groissl, who ultimately stepped in and helped bring everything together. When John Groissl stepped in to help finalize the deal, that’s when I knew we were working with a dealership that genuinely wanted to make things happen. The vehicle itself has exceeded every expectation. The Lincoln Navigator Black Label is simply extraordinary. The craftsmanship, interior refinement, ride quality, and technology are all impressive, but what stands out most is the comfort. The Navigator’s seats completely blow the Escalade out of the water in terms of comfort and support. The entire driving experience is unbelievably smooth, quiet, and refined. Just as impressive as the vehicle itself was the buying experience, which reflected the same level of quality and professionalism. No pressure. No games. Just a team of professionals genuinely committed to earning our business. A special thank you as well to Logan in finance, who handled the final paperwork portion of the process. Even as my husband and I negotiated just about every number that came across the table, Logan remained patient, professional, kind, thorough, and impressively efficient. After months of research and working with multiple dealerships, this was by far the most seamless, professional, and impressive experience we encountered. They didn’t just sell us a vehicle. They truly earned our business. Thank you again to Vinny Vassallo, Bo Bodenstine, John Wahba, John Groissl, and Logan for delivering such an exceptional experience.

I cannot believe the way Leith Lincoln has treated me. Bob was very rude and hung up in my face when I asked for the name of the company that brought out Leith Lincoln. This is my third car in under a year from them. Every car has broken down within a matter of months. I would not recommend buying a new or used car from them. Beware they will scam you to get all the money they can get. And say it's nothing else they can do for you when something happens to the car. My experience has been horrible. The last car I got I financed. They did not let me pick or tell them what I wanted. They brought me a car and told me this was all they had for me. Now 3 months later that car is not working. Im so disappointed.

My wife reached out to this dealership and spoke to Casey, the finance manager Francisco and even the GM John G. She explained she had an auto loan with Lincoln near us a few months ago and the car they sold her was a lemon after it being in the shop for over 15 days so she allowed them to take the car back as a withdrawal deal. She explained she also had a totaled car on her credit and sent proof it was totaled and paid off and even sent them proof of her other auto loan with Lincoln hoping she could get picked up again with Lincoln. Communication was good when she first reached out but after running credit which they made her send in her front and back color copy of her social which made her so stressed out but knowing she just had a baby and we don't have a car she did what she was told in hopes of getting a loan. Francisco the finance manager would take a long time to get back to her so she reached out to the GM John to step in and help. He stopped talking to her and never responded to her emails which shows poor customer service and Casey the sales manager stopped responding to her as well. After Francisco ran her credit to Lincoln he claims he spoke with them but told her- Oh they said they will mail you a letter in the mail explain the denial. Now, she worked with an GM when she got approved before in another state and he got her approved so it was possible. She reached out to the GM John in hopes he would help he never responded to her email. Francisco only ran her credit to maybe another bank and that was it. They definitely don't try and help people. Not sure how they got good reviews. If you have things on your credit that are explainable don't shop here they won't help. And if anything fishy comes on her credit we know who and how it happened. They better had to disregard all her info or we know how her credit got compromised. Very sad they treat people like this.

I bought a 2023 Nissan Altima at leith Lincoln it was pearl white. The dealer Vinny Vassallo was very cool and polite, did the full walkthrough of the car. Me personally I would trade my car in a few years at this dealership because the chemistry was like home. Thanks Vinny again.

Really bad experiences x 2 with this dealerships service department. I purchased my first Black Label Lincoln Navigator in Charlotte, then had a battery die due to a loose cable. This dealer sent a "Lincoln Recommended" wrecker, the man tried to entire my new vehicle with a lit cigarette, and I have small children I regularly transport in this vehicle. I sent him away and had someone else trasport the vehicle to the dealership. My 2nd negative experience was on a Black Label Lincoln I did purchase at this dealership. The purchase experience was well done, however the service department again struck out. This time I had a leak in the sun roof that is allowing water to enter the vehicle during the wash. The service department manager claimed "there was not a leak and (we) must have left the sun roof partially open". So I showed them a video of the leak taking place during the wash, and they then changed the narrative to say the car wash damaged the sunroof. The dealer's manager also backed the lying service manager, so let's say I can say with high confidence these guys are liars with low integrity and do not stand behind their warranty, not something I would expect from the label "Black Label".

husband and I recently purchased our 4Runner from here. Bob, our sales guy was amazing!! He was just laid back and easy to work with! However, the finance department made the whole experience less than ideal. We financed through our bank but the finance department at Leith didn’t understand how our bank handles the process. The bank writes a check to the dealership then the dealership pays them directly, but due to the total lack of understanding and trust in us as the customers we ended up having to go back and forth between the dealership and the bank multiple times.
