Easiest car purchase ever! My salesman, JR Peet, was wonderful. Knowledgeable about the car I was buying and not pushy at all. We communicated via email... for most of the exchange. He took the time to make me a personalized video of the car I was looking at since I lived 2 hours away. Once we came to a decision on price, trade-in and terms I made the trip to get my new car. The transaction was quick and pain free even the finance department surprised me. I wish I could give them "6" stars. Thank you JR and Proctor Honda

I went here for a simple oil change with a coupon. But it backfired and they said we can't even take our car because it had a big problem. So we left it... there, and they scared us so much that our car was going to cost thousands in repair if we didn't leave it. And made us sign a document in the heat of a moment that we would have to pay $137 later if we didn't want it fixed there with no explanation to why. They took advantage of us because they knew we were worried. Didn't even let us get a second opinion. And they called the next day saying that it would cost $1400. We called a mechanic and asked advanced auto parts for a quote; They said that Honda really tried to rip us off because Honda's price was tripled too what it really should cost. And we can still drive the car because the problem is not as big. Consequently, I had to pay honda $137 for having a "diagnostic" which wasn't necessary. They also didn't do the oil change which is why I went there in the first place and took my coupon when it wasn't used. I payed them out of my scholarship money for college because it was my fault taking it there in the first place. I will never go there again and never buy a Honda car in my life. They are out here just for the money and taking advantage of people.

I test drove a CRV at Proctor Honda and loved the car, and was also very pleased with the sales associate (Thomas). I never felt like he was pushy or trying... to sell me the car - he simply told me about the different options and answered any questions I had. This was a welcome relief compared to all of the other local dealerships I had visited. I found a lower priced CRV at a dealership in central Florida and took their price quote into Proctor Honda in hopes they could match it and save me a 10 hour round-trip drive. Thomas was able to come very close to the price of the other dealership and was very thorough in showing me the difference between Proctor's price sheet and the other dealer's sheet that had been emailed to me. He was concerned that certain items had been left off their quote and my price would increase when I made it to the dealership. Additionally, the other dealership could only offer me a range of values for my trade since they had not yet seen it in person, so this could also affect the price. I wanted a very specific color and there were none on the lot at Proctor. Thomas was able to confirm that one was currently being built and was scheduled to arrive at Proctor within the next few weeks. Less than two weeks later the car arrived and I returned to Proctor to complete my paperwork and buy my new car. There were no surprises, the payments were exactly as we had discussed and the process was very smooth. They also gave me the full Blue Book value for my trade. I am very pleased with my experience so far and would recommend this dealership and sales associate without any reservations.
