Mike Grindberg is a class act; He's worked at Proctor Honda for YEARS. I went in on the 17th for a recall campaign and drove away in a new Civic. He first sold me a 1994 Honda Accord in 1994 and I always make a point to say "hello" when I'm at the dealership.

Very friendly staff Scott Fitch is great! I waited on my service were they have a wonderful waiting area.

The personnel were very friendly and professional. They included the inspection for the fuel pump recall and ruled out problems so that was helpful. But when my service was completed, I found the plastic still on the seat and steering wheel, and paper floor mat still in place. And the car was not washed, as is usual and as I had been told would be done. Unfortunately I had another errand to run and therefore did not question the incompleteness.

Always willing to educate and seem more honest than others. Never tries to upsale me during oil changes.

Customer service is great and have always been honest and reliable and work and would recommend them.
