Salesman was helpful and very friendly. The process was quick. They prepped the car while we did our paperwork and it was ready to go when we finished. They treated us great.

Great to a work with! They found the exact 2025 Maverick I wanted and have been really helpful with service and care. Staff is great and lo action is convenient.

Customer service was terrible.

Customer service was terrible. Had my vehicle for almost 4 weeeks for minor repairs. Almost next to no communication on the progress of the vehicle. Service manager I worked with appeared apathetic! Difficult to get anyone to return my calls.

Aldo took care of all of my needs for today which was an oil change, tire rotation, emissions and paperwork for registration renewal. Aldo got it done quicker than what I was quoted.

Your basic big dealership service center.

Your basic big dealership service center. Performed the works oil change. Did the service, no other niceties. When I have work performed at Volkswagen, the car comes back vacuum with the clean windshield. Not at the Super Ford. Facilities don't offer anything while you wait but they do have free Uber. It is easy to make an appointment online, and they get things done quickly. Biggest complaint is I purchased 4 Works oil changed. When I got there they told me this is my last one. I went to pick up the van, they charged me for the oil change. And it looked it up they said it expired. No one ever told me the expired when I purchased them. I probably should have read the fine print. However they could have told me that when I dropped the van off. I would not have paid $90 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation. I would have just done it myself. Not terrible, not great. About average for a dealership this size. I'll go back because it's convenient and I'm under warranty.

This dealership has always treated me well. I do recommend them from RV service and repairs. On time and as quoted. Motorhomes are hard to get serviced so I choose them.

Very happy with my purchase and service provided. Need to wait for snow to assess the AWD. Unbelievable mileage in town. No problem pulling a trailer with my RZR in back. Smaller size with great potential.
