I hope all Ford dealers are not like this place. I made an appointment and took our government vehicle in for service. Very simple things, fix a flat, replace some bulbs, and change the oil. I hear nothing all day. The next day I hear nothing. I called and was told there was only one person there who can help and he is swamped; will call when he can. I try a chat, but they can't help. They will have a manager call. Two hours later, still nothing. No information and I don't know where my vehicle is. They essentially are saying, "We don't care. We have your vehicle and will update you when it is convenient". I have been to many other dealerships, and this is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you care about your vehicle and getting it serviced, do not go to Larry H. Miller "Super" Ford Store. There is nothing super about it.

I told the dealership twice before we picked up the truck and once when we signed the final contract that Wyoming only has 4% state sales tax and 1%. county. They charged 6% and who knows when we will get the other percent back. That is money that we are paying interest on and the dealership is receiving interest on.

I paid for my F150 with a check that has cleared for at least a month waiting for title and registration and license my current temp registration and license is about to expire I called salesman and was basically told they completely dropped the ball I really wish to go on a trip and can’t because your dealership dropped and deflated the ball please call me and if needed pick up the truck and refund me
