I have been talking to CJ for a few months. We were on a mission in Greece and I needed to get a car lined up fur when we returned . He was my favorite salesman that I talked to. He was thoughtful and kind and I felt like he really had my best interest as a priority !

The Super Ford Store service department were great to work with, it was quick and convenient. They completed the job cleaning up after themselves and got the vehicle back to us quickly.

This is the third time the transmission on our Ford
This is the third time the transmission on our Ford Fusion hybrid has been worked in. It’s a sealed unit so only Ford can work on it. This time it was low fluid. They said that a trans axle was leaking and needed to be replaced. I reminded them that when I first contacted them I told them both trans axles had been replaced AFTER we started hearing the transmission noises. The transmissions are bad, but I’ll still have to pay for them as long as I have the car. Fun!

I found a nail in my tire, and without an appointment my service advisor Matthew was able to get me a spot in their service bay anyway. It ended up being a worry free experience and I’ve always found a respectful environment at LHM super Ford

We were passing through SLC on our RV trip when a check
We were passing through SLC on our RV trip when a check engine light came on. After bringing our RV in they were able to diagnose the issue and replace a burnt spark plug wire within 2 hours so we could be on our way.

Brandon was our service representative, I can’t thank him enough. He was efficient, very knowledgeable ,and professional. We have a 34 ft RV and we’re stranded in Utah. He stayed in touch with us, which helped us with a very stressful situation. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.

Sales person Nick M.
Sales person Nick M. and sales manager Phillip H. did outstanding jobs! But trying to get our paper work so we could license our vehicle was a nightmare! Temporary permit expired, could not drive vehicle for 5 days! General manager would not even return our calls (left at least 5 messages over 2 week period).
