Serpentini Chevrolet - Strongsville

Our experience with Serpentini of Strongsville was totally perfect. We were taken care of in a professional manner and our salesman was the best!

Told vehicle was on sight, drove almost hour to get there and vehicle was at body shop. Never saw it . Told we would be notified first as soon as vehicle returned. Never got a call and price went up $2,000 over the time it was gone. We did not go back.

I had a very positive experience at Serpentini. Jeff was the service man who took care of me. From the moment I got there until I left he kept me informed. Unfortunately they could not find what caused the problem but assured me what to do if it happened again. So far it hasn’t.

My rating of 5 was solely based on Jude. He did everything possible to help me out and was very respectful and understanding. My heartfelt thanks to him. (No deal was made due to financing. With over 1,000 vehicles, serpentini could GIVE them away.

I dropped my Acadia off on Friday afternoon picked it up at noon Saturday service people were very nice and polite. To get me out that fast with what my car needed was great .
