Robert and Dave M where my sales guys and they were great, very straightforward and no hidden fees. Sales manager Derek was also great to work with. I hate going to dealerships but these guys made it a great experience

From checking in to leaving the experience was very good. Joe was friendly and efficient. The service was completed on less time than estimated including a car wash. Very happy with their service.

They are amazing. Tom helped me out with getting my fuel line fixed and they were so kind to overnight the part. I've been going through a lot in my personal life, and to hear that i'm getting my car back so soon... is such a blessing!!!

Wonderful experience, came here after a horrible experience at another local dealer and Sergio made my first new car purchase amazing. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for they went above and beyond with service and financing!

This place is a joke. Talked with salesman about a vehicle, set up a time to come in, called my bank. Got the check for it. they called the next morning to verify the time. 10 minutes later called back said it was sold after they knew I was coming to purchase this vehicle.. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Terrible business all around. Just not the way to do business with someone. Would not recommend going here. Tell you what you want in hopes to get you to come in to look at something else. I’ll take my money elsewhere. F**k this place. Zero stars if I could

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was an enjoyable experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Serpentini Chevrolet, and will continue to do so in the future.

I was sold a 2015 chevy equinox in 2023 I owe 17k on it was given a horrible loan. The car is broke down it already had mileage and now i find out the wires to the computer are held on by electrical tape. The guy Mario commented on my google review he wanted to help me but I've called 3 times and no call back im a single mom who just needed a dependable car and I got screwed

I appreciate the reminder call and the professional attention including explanations. Everyone is helpful and friendly. My car continues to provide good transportation.
