Don't use Logan!
Used Logan to help with a sale and she was completely useless! She was so rude and I left very unsatisfied. She talked down to me and my husband.

I live two hours away from McLarty Honda in Little Rock. I called ahead to inquire about 2 vehicles I saw online there. My first contact was with Logan Tinnel. She confirmed having the two vehicles in question. She also told me she would love to help me find a vehicle. I had been to 4 other dealerships (in Central Arkansas and NW Arkansas) with little interest in helping me find the vehicle and financing I needed. When I arrived there, Logan had both vehicles parked out front ready for me to test drive. She answered all of my questions. She asked for the financing (interest rate) I had requested AND got it for me. I purchased one of the vehicles - a Honda CR-V! The financing paperwork was made quick and easy by London Walker. I would recommend McLarty Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Logan made the entire process stress-free! Logan also called me about a week later, asking how I liked my newly purchased vehicle! I love my Honda CR-V!

We purchased a CR-V two days ago from McClarty Honda, Colonal Glenn Road in Little Rock, AR. We are very pleased with their service. Everyone there was very friendly and everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Our credit rating was not in top condition, but they went above and beyond to get us financed. The salesman was very professional yet down to earth and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for us. He spent a lot of time helping us to get it financed as well. Then after he took us to the man to finish the paperwork, who was also as friendly and helpful in getting the best warrantee for our car, he was still there after hours to help us program our phones into the car. He told us he would show us more about the car and get it detailed if we came back in the next few days, He even said he would have the minuscule scratch buffed out. We feel that this is the best car buying experience we have ever had. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone planning to purchase an automobile.

Called about getting a Honda CR-V black with black
Called about getting a Honda CR-V black with black interior. Was told only what I wanted to hear to get my deposit on a car. 2 mins after the call, Kevin Barry sends me a large text where he says its grey interior but sends me a build picture right after that says black cloth interior. After months of waiting we drive an hour to the dealership to find its a grey interior car. At that time he said he thought it was going to be black interior as well but used the previous text to his defense. They have a sheet that shows ETAs of vehicles with colors, make and model. He said he checks the sheet very often so he either didn’t pay attention to color or straight up lied. He didn't keep his word on pricing when we arrived to the dealership as well.

There are safer places to get your car serviced
I called the service department at McLarty Honda a few days earlier to set up an appointment for a recommended oil change. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 10:45AM. I showed up on time, handed Mr. Valenzuela my keys and told him I will wait. After a couple of hours he came back with sheet of paper stating that my right front wheel was out of alignment and needed to be realigned. At 2:06PM my vehicle was ready and my wallet was $285.11 lighter. This second oil changed included a B1 Service where Mr. Woodson, the technician, touched a lot of stuff on my van. One of the things he touched was the exterior light stalk on my steering column. It's called "Check Exterior Lights" on the form. He did more than check them; he turned them off. When I bought this vehicle back last year at McDavid Honda in Irving, TX, the first couple of things I did before driving back to Arkansas was set all my mirrors, adjust my seat, and set my exterior lights to "AUTO". Who in the xxxx changes the settings on someone's vehicle and does not return them to the original setting when they get through "inspecting and checking"? Needless to say, my nightmare only began as I drove off. I headed off to my mother's home in Batesville, AR to visit. I told her I needed to leave a little early because bad weather was headed in this direction. I headed south and by the time I got on the south side of Pleasant Plains, the sky was reddish orange looking and the rain was blinding. I dropped my speed limit down to 50 mph because I could barely see the tail lights of the vehicle in front of me. On at least 3 occasions while in the left lane of 67/167 I had no less than three vehicles try to come over on me. One of those vehicles was a fuel tanker. Only much later did I learn the reason they almost side swiped me was because someone by the name of Zachary Woodson at McLarty Honda turned my headlights off. The only thing that was on was my daytime lights which were worthless in that driving rain. I pulled over in North Little Rock and faced a plate glass window on a building so that I could assess my headlamp situation because I thought all of the rain may have shorted out my headlamps. When I saw the reflection of my headlamps and only saw my day time running lights, only then did I realized Mr. Woodson had turned off my headlights when he "checked them". Just before stopping to inspect my vehicle I hit the "Grand Canyon" of potholes just past the 40W off ramp for JFK with the same right wheel that Juan told me needed realigning. I'm guessing I'm needing another alignment on that same right front wheel. To make a long story short, oil change turned into an expensive nightmare because I will now have to pay for double work. I cannot recommend their service department because there tampering behavior puts other peoples lives at risk including my own. I have no intention of returning there for any more service on my 2021 Honda Odyssey. Those people are DANGEROUS.

Best car buying experience!
I have purchased at least 10 vehicles in my life time from a variety of car dealerships, and this one was my absolute best experience! I drove an hour away from my nearest Honda dealership because of the poor customer service I had received there previously. At McLarty,the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, focused on me and respected my time. This was the only purchase I have made where I did not get frustrated at some point during the process. Everyone was friendly from the person who greeted me upon arrival, to the salesman, to the finance representative! I will absolutely return there for my future business!!!

Certified Honda
I bought the CRV as a certified Honda from the Carfax report on Cars.com. Mclarty Honda doesn't recognize this? False advertising I guess? The drivers side heater doesn't work. Otherwise, it seems to be a good car.
