I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Sutherland in sales regarding the purchase of a 2026 CR-V Touring Hybrid Sport. Alex introduced me to Mike (Used Car Manager) and Brad (Finance) I had a trade and Mike gave me exactly what I was expecting for my vehicle which was a fair offer. Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
