I would not recommend Sandy Sansing Mazda to anyone. I have had the worst experience. I purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 Sedan Grand Touring in 2016. It had several... issues immediately and needed warranty work. It stayed in service more than I drove it. I complained several times as they were not fixing the problems and giving me excuses as to why they could not do anything for me. Keep in mind each time I took the car in there was a new service manager who knew nothing about the previous time I had been in. I finally emailed a customer care email addressing Sandy Sansing himself. I received a reply from an assistant who said they would help me trade out of the car for another one. I should have said no, but of course I did thinking this one just had major flaws. So, I purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 Sedan Grand Touring. Here we are AGAIN. Same issues. The BT wont stay connected, the back up camera glitches, the Bose speakers sound like crap, the channel presets wont change, the amp goes in and out so at times there is zero base. I have been in several times. The part of all this you wont believe is I was just told NOT to come back to Sandy Sansing Mazda for warranty work by the assistant. She was rude, laughed on our call and said they could not make me happy so do not contact them and take my car somewhere else. Mind you they sold me the car and it only has 20,000 miles on it. Of course I am not happy when I have a 2 year old car with issues the same 2017 car you sold me had and you promised me the 2018 would not have this. Can you really say do not come back here for service? Very unprofessional.
Salesman James did not apply my Sandy Sansing preferred customer discount nor did He come down one dollar off the sticker price.When he asked what would... make this deal good for me I gave my answer and He just smiled and went into his sales pitch.I left the dealership with nothing off the sticker price and my discount denied.This was how a Sandy Sansing preferred customer was treated.Call me Mr. Sansing and we will talk.Dealership has my number.Invoice quote no. 54350 1/18/ 20

I recently purchsed a car from Sandy Sansing Mazda and just had my 1st oil change, which is free by the way, and was in and out in no time. The buying... process went smoth also and was done in no time. Told them what I wanted and they got me what I wanted and needed.
The best thing to ever happen to the Service Department at Sandy Sansing Mazda is the arrival Tracey Hodges. She is totally awesome at her job. Do not... ever let her leave!

We came in to test drive a few models to narrow down choices. Teresa met us with a friendly face and wasn't pushy for a sale, she took the time to get... us every model we wanted to drive. Once we found what we liked she gave us some information and got James involved and he was very helpful. He did a lot of work and they both kept us in the loop with everything. Totally awesome!

I had purchased a vehicle here almost 3 years ago, and hit the 100k mile mark so I contacted Sansing Mazda via email to see about purchasing something... newer. A woman named Asia who was extremely nice and personable had contacted me, and she connected me with Demarcus Horne. I hit the jackpot with him - this was absolutely the best sales experience that I have ever had. I am in the car business, so I know all of the ins and outs, and I can honestly say that I was blown away by this mans integrity. I had a budget set, and let him know exactly where I was at and also requested that my credit not be pulled numerous times. I had also requested that whatever I bought, I wanted full extended warranty and GAP, and I needed the EXACT monthly payment so there were no surprises in finance when the deal was being finalized. Please understand that my deal was not the easiest due to negative equity, but when they say "Sandy Sansing Can," they MEAN IT. Demarcus listened to and went above and beyond to give me everything I had asked for. From there, Chris Hall, Demarcus' manager worked his magic, and made the deal happen. Chris really worked hard to get my deal done that same day, and I am very appreciative for the effort he put in. We landed on a 2017 Toyota Prius with only 15k miles, and completely loaded out. At this point I couldn't be happier, and was on my way into Tres, the finance managers office. Tres did an outstanding job going through all of the extended warranty policies with me, and he was even able to get me the BEST Platinum package available - all with staying within my budget! Tres had a great personality and really made me feel comfortable through the dreaded "signing of the paperwork" process. Overall, this was definitely a 5 star experience. The whole experience was amazing 😍. Kayla thanks again and again for your help and opening my eyes to the Mazda CX-9. I would have never even thought... of a Mazda while doing my SUV shopping. Everyone that was in office was welcoming, and fun to deal with. I give the staff two thumbs up, and if you can visit Kayla whenever you are in the car shopping need/want.
