My sales agent Demarcus was excellent!! He explained everything and provided me with VIP service. He made the process simple, trouble free, pressure less and casual. We converse as if we had known each other for years. Which made the two hours I was there seem like thirty minutes. I was blessed to purchase a 2023 Mazda CX5. I hope everyone at Sandy Sansing knows that Demarcus and Mr. Lett are special guys and a blessing to their customers. I have purchased several vehicles throughout the years but this by far has been the best experience. I have been telling everyone about it. Thank you kindly Demarcus. Not completely satisfied with service and repair
Bought a new CX5 in 2021 and have had several less than satisfactory experiences with the maintenance and repair department. The first issue was that the Mazda maps for the navigation system would not work and crashed the system. Since I purchased the Mazda maps from another vendor Sandy Sansing Mazda said they could not fix the problem. I would need to purchase the maps sd card from them for $400. I later discovered on the Mazda users group that all I needed was a software upgrade on my new car in order for the maps card to work. I searched for and found the Service announcement and took it to Sandy Sansing Mazda and they questioned how I got the Service announcement as it was not supposed to be in the public domain but they did perform the required software update and the nav system has worked fine ever since. The next issue was when I scheduled my oil change. The oil maintence warning light came on in January 2023 so I went online and scheduled an appointment. The earliest appointment was April 4th, almost 4 months out which I think is unreasonable but that is what it is. Finally came in for my appointment at 9:30 AM on April 4th and discovered that because they were changing booking systems they had double booked the appointments which would have meant a 3 or more hours wait. Decided to reschedule for April 7 and hopefully they won’t have the same problems then but not optimistic at this point.

All salespersons should be like DeMarcus Horne. Demarcus was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. Demarcus has a passion for the car industry and it shows. Demarcus provided me with many purchase options and allowed me to make my choice without being aggressive. It was a pleasure to shop with him. Demarcus was patient with me and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied and that all of my needs were met. He even delivered my car to my home. Sandy Sansing Mazda was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. DeMarcus Horne was our sales representative and Paul Turner took care of the finance and warranty extras. Both of these gentlemen were, professional, friendly and made our car buying experience a very enjoyable one from the test drive to finishing up the paperwork and a good tour through the dealership to include the service department and early bird drop off process. Great job to all, yes the receptionist complimented my shirt with a nice smile and friendly attitude and the sales manager stopped by for a good short conversation and a thank you as well.
