Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Demarcus was very helpful and he’s the best dealer I’ve had!! He was very patient and really wanted to make sure I got into the car that I wanted and he made sure that I really like it, and that I did! He was very kind and didn’t rush me, superb customer service! I would definitely recommend someone to him! Thank you so much Demarcus!!

Demarcus was absolutely exceptional.

Demarcus was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond what was expected. We spent two days there just because we weren’t sure if the kind of car we wanted to get and he was the most patient person I have met. And I’ve got a lot of cars in my day. He is absolutely exceptional. His customer service is top notch. What an asset to your dealership.

Great experience

We had a very good experience dealing with this dealership especially our sales person Kaleb V. The entire staff went above and beyond what we needed. The transactions were stress-free.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive to us.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive to us. I felt as though my business was a priority for them. I never had to wait on anyone to help us, we had the pleasure of being helped by three extremely attentive staff members. Tyrone Murphy was very honest with us, never felt as though he was pushing us in one direction or another, only trying to fit us with the best option for us. The Monday after our visit I called Kenny Yates, who was very quick to answer all questions and to work with us on getting the vehicle we wanted. DeMarcus Horne helped us finish out our purchase and was absolutely phenomenal. I always felt as though my business was important to them and they were willing to work with me to get the best option for my family. Fantastic customer service all around and great teamwork, seemed like the whole crew was working together to make sure we got the best deal.

We've been doing business at Sandy Sansing Mazda for many years, with respect both to purchasing and servicing our vehicles. We have always found this dealership to be honest, reliable, and fair. Our purchase of a vehicle this week, and trade-in of a car we purchased there several years ago, was another very positive experience with them. DeMarcus Horne really went above and beyond to assure we purchased the right vehicle for us at the right price. He listened carefully when we described our needs, zeroed in on vehicles that fit the bill, and then worked very hard to get all the details of the transaction completed quickly and efficiently. He has a wealth of knowledge about cars and was a real pleasure to work with. So pleased we connected with DeMarcus and very appreciative of his efforts. Thank you, DeMarcus!

Rose took care of me when looking for a car.

Rose took care of me when looking for a car. She was very nice and helpful when it came to looking at the type of vehicle I was interested in. She is honest about the car I was interested in which made the process tremendously easy. I bought the first car we looked at together. I would always recommend Rose.
