DeMarcus Horne came through again for us.

DeMarcus Horne came through again for us. The used vehicle we purchased a few months ago through him needed a part at the time of the sale, and he took care of getting it ordered and installed. This dealership has the best customer service I’ve ever

This dealership has the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed honestly! Our salesman Robert Martotelli went above and beyond what I’ve seen any other salesman do. (Not only was he great at what you’d exoect of a salesman, he sent an already “clean” car back to be detailed again before we left with it. He also helped to transfer the biggest portion of my daughters stuff from the old car to the new one. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I have used Demarcus twice now to buy vehicles.

I have used Demarcus twice now to buy vehicles. Both times have been amazing. He listened to what I wanted and I’ve been VERY happy with my vehicle selections both times. I highly recommend him.

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE! Demarcus Horne went above and beyond for myself and my family. He helped my husband pull off the BEST Christmas surprise. He went and got my new suv and made sure if was perfect for our test drive then made the whole buying process smooth and easy. Kenny and Jake were just as nice and helpful. If there was a Service Excellence Award at Sandy Sansing,

If there was a Service Excellence Award at Sandy Sansing, it should go to Demarcus Horne without a doubt. He made the car buying process extremely easy. As a woman, going into the dealership alone is scary on its own because of the fear of being taken advantage of simply because I am a woman. That is not the case here. Demarcus not only listened to what I wanted, but he took in the fact to understand what I needed. After presenting him with my situation, within a days time he was able to deliver a vehicle of my dreams. He is one of the most honest and professional salesmen that I’ve encountered. He practically held my hand every step of the way to ensure I understood all the dealership genre. When it came for the day for me to pick up my new vehicle I had a conflict of interest, but Demarcus took the stress of rescheduling my commitments away and offered to personally deliver my vehicle to me. I cannot thank him enough for the exceptional customer service. It’s been a week since I’ve purchased my vehicle and he has already taken the time to reach out to make sure I still love it. No buyers remorse here! I will refer everyone I know to Demarcus Horne!

Best Buying experience!

Best Buying experience! This purchase was our second purchase at Sandy Sansing Mazda. I spoke with DeMarcus Horne and he was able to locate the vehicle I wanted the same day. He arranged our trade-in, had all the paperwork ready, with both trade and sale completed in less than an hour. He reviewed all of the new features of my new CX-9 (I traded in a 2018 CX-9), he even found all the pre-sets from my 2018 and put set them up in the new one. DeMarcus has sent 3 personal video's with information about the new vehicle, helped set up my phone app to learn about my new ride and made follow up phone calls. He knew my SUV inside and out, and was able to explain every question in detail. DeMarcus is absolutely the most exceptional salesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. No back and forth with the sales manager, no high pressure sales pitch; instead acknowledgement of my preferences, and treating me like family.
