From My Salesman, Demarcus Horne who worked so hard on My behalf to Paul and James the Sales Manager, I had Nothing Short of an Excellent Experience. Demarcus spent Days Helping Me to Find the Right Vehicle too Finalizing The Deal! I Would Highly Recommend Anyone in The Pensacola/Panhandle Region to Contact Him Directly and I Assure You, You Will Receive Nothing Short of EXCELLENCE! Rose Parnell was so friendly and attentive.

Rose Parnell was so friendly and attentive. My car buying experience with Sandy Sansing was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot, so James Lett found one and had it brought in just for me! Everyone we dealt with was awesome. I love my CX-5.

Devin Arnold was the man.

Devin Arnold was the man. Best dealership experience I've had. He worked with me over three days. We test drove a ton of cars. He wasn't pushy at all and I could tell he really wanted me to find the car I wanted. I felt really happy with the deal I got and had a fun time during the whole process.

Rose Parnell was awesome!

Rose Parnell was awesome!!! Rose was knowledgeable and patient with me and all of my questions. This was the first time that I went into a Dealership and did not feel handled. Rose was genuine and down to earth. I recommend Rose to anyone who wants to talk to her best friend about buying a new car, or a car, period (not only Mazda). Everyone there was professional, clear and up front with everything. At no time were there any surprises. When I got my new car it was clean and smelled awesome! There’s nothing like that feeling of accomplishment where you got what you were looking for without losing a piece of yourself in the process (if you know what I mean 🥴🤡). Thank you team Sandy Sansing Mazda, especially Rose Parnell!!!!!

Vehicle was not detailed well at all.

Vehicle was not detailed well at all. Used face mask left in vehicle, floor not vacuumed well. Dashboard was dusty. Just not detailed well and they had it in back for at least 45 minutes.

I had a great experience at Sandy Sansing Mazda.

I had a great experience at Sandy Sansing Mazda. Although, I did not even buy a car from there I was treated with respect and as a priority. DeMarcus was very helpful and only made the process smoother. He was an honest up front car dealer that you rarely hear of. I went to three dealerships that’s fat and he was by far the best salesman.
