Finding a used Mazda

Myca was our salesperson and she was great! She was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She worked very hard for us. Joel was very friendly and very knowledgeable also.

Great Experience Buying with Kayla

Sandy Sansing Mazda...Great Deal & Customer Service

This is my second vehicle I brought from a Sandy Sansing dealership in Pensacola, Florida and my third Mazda I brought...however, my CX-9 I recently brought from Sandy's dealership in Pensacola was a great experience which I credit to Nick Cassiano our salesman. Nick, was fantastic and was extremely patient in meeting our desires in purchasing a CX-9. Nick found the perfect color and all the great features we were looking for to include working a good trade-in value for our 2014 Chevy Camero (which I purchased from Sandy Sansing Chevy back in 2014)...plus a good discount offer for the 2019 Mazda CX-9. We love our new Mazda and we appreciate Nick for his work in making sure we were happy with the Mazda product we purchased. One last note...Kudos to Nick for the fantastic test drive we had and his patient explanation to me and my wife on all the great features of our Mazda CX-9. Before we drove the CX-9 off the lot Nick had my favorite radio station already plug in and ready to listen to include setting the features for Bluetooth on my wife's phone. We could not ask for a better car buying experience plus those donuts and coffee were a nice treat! I look forward to bringing my Mazda CX-9 back for routine service over the next few years. Thank you Sandy Sansing Mazda and especially to Nick Cassiano!

I only buy Sansing

This is the second year I’ve bought a car from the Sansing Mazda location and both experiences were perfect. Allen Sims was my salesman last year and Nick Cassiano was my salesman this week. I really appreciate the willingness to help. Nick was texting with me all day for days before I even arrived and was even willing to drive to Daphne and back to bring me a truck just for a test drive. Umltimately, I bought a Ram off the Mazda lot and am very pleased with how the whole staff handled the deal. The test drive was great, the negotiation was fair, and the service was fast. I will only buy from Sansing dealerships going forward. Nick was outstanding, thoughtful, and admirably attentive.

third car bought at Sandy Mazda

We had always bought cars from Sandy Sansing Mazda, excellent service, starting from showroom to final details and the shop too. Paul Turner was who took excellent care, from beginning to final closing of deal, very patient and manage to bring the vehicle we like to our price Range, overall he was excellent, he was not pushy at all, he knew how to deal with customers and has excellent skills when it comes to customer service, we fully recommend him. On the other hand the final step the closing paperwork and legal matters Joel Bender did an excellent job, he explained all our choices for extended guaranties and coverage, it is a pleasure to deal with the entire Sandy Sansing team Gerry and Olga

Great experience at Sandy Sansing Mazda

I had a great experience leasing my new CX-5 with Kaleb. Mike did an awesome job communicating my needs before I came in and Kaleb took great care of me. He worked to land me in the perfect vehicle in my budget and made the experience smooth and efficient. Mike is an excellent GM that made me feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of. Joel made the financial piece quick and easy. Kaleb is a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. Will highly recommend dealership and I LOVE my new car!

Fantastic Experience

We had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Turner at Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola Florida. He was a joy to deal with. Very helpful in explaining the various Cx 5's and their options. Very professional and knowledgeable. Although the color we wanted was not in stock, he arranged to get the car we wanted in one day. We are very pleased with the service Paul has provided. Joel Bender was also great to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
