Employees have the wrong title!

I recently purchased a used car from Sandy Sansing Mazda. I was helped by the “Sales Professional” Myca Martin. For this lady I would say that is an insult. For the work she did her title should be “Customer Service Specialist”! I’m 1 hour away from this dealer. So I didn’t want to waste my time from just looking at cars online. I called the dealer only to get voicemail, and I think I just hung up. The next day I received a call from Myca asking if she could help. She volunteered to text me photos of the car. I decided to go for a test drive on Saturday. They had just gotten the car so it had not been detailed, so when I pulled up I saw Myca cleaning it. Before we even started talking much, she told me they (the dealer) wanted to put new tires on the car before they sold it. Long story made short... I purchased the car, but I wanted to get the windows tinted and asked if they could recommend someone. She did and then offered to take the car and have it done since they would need to have the car to be detailed. There was also an active recall on the car and she offered to take it to the Ford dealer and have the recall item handled. The next thing I have to say for this dealer... was with the financial/warranty portion of the transaction. I had come to test drive the car and had plans for later in the evening. I explained to Myca that I needed to get out because of my other plans. She let Joel know the and he did everything in his power to make the legal process as fast as possible. So here is the moral of the story... I could have purchased a car just like this one online (I was looking at Vroom and Carvana). I probably could have gotten it slightly cheaper also. But thanks to the customer service level of Myca and Joel, it would be hard for me to buy somewhere else. As for the title Sales Professional... they didn’t “sell” me anything, I knew what I wanted when I walked in. As fo Customer Service, they went above and beyond what I expected.

Purchase of a used car

Awesome, courteous, friendly and no-pressure team. They explained my financing in very easy terms. They made it comfortable for my 82 yr old mother and me. I have purchased my last 4 cars from Sandy Sansing.

Awesome experience

I had an extremely awesome transaction with Mazda in the purchase of my 2016 CX5. They were extremely helpful and easy to work. Myca was awesome. I felt no pressure at all during my purchase. I would buy here over and over again, Thanks for an awesome time!

Wonderfu! Thank you Paul!

Paul was absolutely wonderful through the entire care buying process and even afterwards! I've had my car for a few weeks now and I'm still in love with it. I told him what I was looking for and he had it pulled up and ready to test out when we got there. This was my first time buying a car and he really made an experience that most people would call stressful, easy and enjoyable! Joel was also great! Super personable and so funny! He explained all the paperwork we were signing in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. We also interacted with James a little bit, he was nice but a little hard to understand. He spoke very fast and tried to put me in a car I didn't really want. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I will always recommend people to Paul for car buying. Thank you again!

professional customer service

Just a quick note to say how much my wife and I appreciate the professional customer service we have received all along the whole way on our purchase of our new 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature. Chris, thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to meet with us and listen to a concern that we had. After talking with you in person and reading your email, our concern was addressed. It is wonderful to be able to talk with someone and feel that they are listening and care, and are looking for a solution. I cannot tell you how much stress I have felt leave me knowing you folks are there if something does come up. We have talked with many folks at the dealership from Kayla in sales, Chris in management, Joel in finance, and even the parts guy and I commented to him how we felt there is a family atmosphere here at the dealership.

Felt special from the first moment of contact.

I visited this dealship on sat 1/26/2019 with the intention of buying a used car with less than 30,000 miles with good price. Nick Cassiano had been very helpful when I reached out thought the site and he had emailed me offering to assist in anyway he could, and would gladly pull and have several vehicles ready for me to look at if I would send him a list of ones interested in. Upon my arriving the next day he was helpful and was ready to show me several vehicles, Joining in on my experience was Paul Turner to help assist Nick and I with narrowing down my choices. I explained what I was looking at price, and mile wise. WELL lets just say I was more than impressed with them showing me that for my price range I could step up to a brand new vehicle. I narrowed it down, we worked with MIke, after getting around a price, etc i felt was within my means, I told them I would be back, after I truly decided between a CX3 or Mazda3 sedan. On monday NIck reached out to see if I had a time that would work for me to come in, we choice around 1. I had something urgent come up and had to let him know I could not make it in. He informed me that he was off on tuesday, but that Paul could assist me. Tuesday 1/28/2018 I went in at 3, and by 7 I was driving out in a car off the show room floor that caught my eye, for truly less than some used vehicles I had researched online.at other dealerships. Today I returned to pick up floor mats, and splash guards, Parts department was great, as Paul had already had them pull the items. We did not have time due to the late hour and cold of tuesday night after I had signed and purchased the car to go over all features I didnt truly understand.. Mike and . Joel where great at taking extra time to go over the questions I had with regards to my purchase.. So today after getting the parts i wanted. Nick took time to sit with me and go over the features and controls on the car, as I have not purchased a new car in over 12 years. Nick was so patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge to technology. He helped me set things up to make it easy on me to understand my great new car, and has said he will glady help me with any other questions or concern. I also want to thank them all again, Paul, Nick, Mike, Joel and Christopher also in parts today, for treating me so special.

Great Experience

The individuals that I worked with were awesome. I liked Nicks ability to communicate with me and to show that he was there to help with whatever I needed. They were great with the fact that I came in with three little ones wrecking havoc! Thanks so much to Nick, Paul, and Joel.

Helpful and personable!

First time buying a vehicle from a dealership, and I am so thankful I had Paul and Joel assist me through the entire process! The dealership impressed us as they willingly and patiently showed us all makes, pre-owned and new. Their offer on a new car was so close to pre-owned prices we opted for a new car. We had visited other dealerships and although they were friendly, they could not work with us to secure a sale.
