The salesmanship and service have been good. I’m a regular patron at the dealership. I ran into a couple of snags regarding my down payment. My check with my previous address was not refused for a down payment, but had been accepted for service work many times. Regarding the amount I have spent on service at this dealership for my previous VW car, I would have thought I would have been offered a better trade in amount, not the case. The car detail after purchase was noticeably dirty with marks on the interior and windows. Larry is an excellent salesman and was very helpful. Generally, I feel that Pete Moore Imports has been helpful and has looked out for my best interest, with the exception of the down payment and trade. I had to send a wire transfer which was problematic and stressful. Still not sure why my check was refused when checks had been accepted for expensive car service at the dealership.

Kyle Prell was great! I originally stopped by with my Daughter to search for her 1st car, we were impressed with his knowledge and affability. I brought my wife back a few days later to help me decide on what car to get my daughter and we wound up getting one for my wife!! The 2026 TIguan SEL—R turbo. Now we are actually looking forward to going back in tbe next few weeks to get Kyle’s help in procuring a second vehicle (for my daughter). I highly recommend Kyle as he is a “car guy” the seems to have studied all the proverbial bells and whistles on every car on the lot! The process was easy.

It was such an easy and relaxing buying process working with Larry Fitzpatrick. Even though we (mostly I) kept bouncing from one vehicle to another, he stayed the course. He was a wealth of knowledge in all things Tiguan. We appreciated that when we decided to come back the next day, there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I plan to enjoy my new Tiguan and drive it as long as my previous vehicle. Larry, you are awesome. We enjoyed the experiencer and the great conversation. We definitely will recommend the Tall Hawaiian to anyone we know in the market for a new car.

Mark and the rest of the sales team were great! My wife and I went and test drove the model we wanted. We then found out they had the model in the color combo we wanted on the way. The pickup of the car went smoother than any car purchase I have ever made!!!

Every time I go for service they forget to do something. They actually remembered the complimentary car wash this time but always forget to put my maintenance sticker in my vehicle which is every visit causing me an extra trip back to the dealership.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Our salesman “Mark Torelli,” was an excellent, honest, knowledgeable professional and overall wholesome person. He did everything in his power to help get us in the best position possible and we couldn’t be more thankful. We highly recommend anyone needing a new or used vehicle to go in and see this amazing team. Thank you for everything you did for us.
