Alphacars in Boxborough had the exact vehicle I was looking for. The price reflected the exemplary state of the car, which was way above and beyond what I expected. When my garage checked it out they couldn't believe that it was in such great shape!! Great purchase!!

The Team at Alpha Cars did a great job preparing and delivering my car. I had previously given them a lower rating, only because the transaction had not been completed. But, when everything was ready, they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend them.

One of the worst buying experience I have ever encountered while purchasing motorcycle. Mike the manager didn’t explain thoroughly about the buying process and because that I ended up picking motorcycles with the color I and my wife didn’t like. Also I wanted to order the lodge box for both side and found out that there is no mount on the right side. The lady who called herself an owner was rude, my wife felt discriminated from her voice, I don’t know if it is because we were Asian. Not to mention, on the delivery day, they presented the motorcycle with fuel light blinking and told me that’s is the best they can do, what a shame. Just so you know this dealer has the most expensive paperwork and prep fee. FYI add around $1300 - $1500 on top of the regular price plus tax.

We purchased an older truck (1958) F100 from the dealership that it was selling under consignment this spring, 2023. I was very apprehensive buying over the phone and not seeing the truck in person but the truck was precisely and accurately represented online. The entire purchasing process was very easy and ethical. Dmitry answered all my questions personally before and after purchase. The dealership team was very professional and helpful, including arranging shipping. After the truck arrived it appeared to have some problems, but Dmitry was very attentive and walked me through some steps to fix/diagnose any issues, which were simply resolved and everything was great after that. In sum, the truck was exactly as expected and represented and we are very, very happy with our purchase. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly.

Great experience. I have bought many cars and motorcycles in my life time. However, this is the best experience I ever had. No trouble. The staff treated me like I was their only customer. Very honest and very caring in very detail. I will by from them again when I need another one.

Just recently purchased my second car from AlphaCars.I just traded my 2013 Mercedes S550 which no longer served my needs, for a beautiful 2017 C Class Cabriolet. I was fortunate once again to work with Thiago who knows every inch of these fine cars! Thiago is never pushy ,and gives you plenty of time and space to make your decision. I did the paper work with Olga who is very sweet , a wonderful business woman who shopped to get me the best finance rate and the closing was very quick and efficient. I will plan to bring my C Class to AlphaCars for service… not only do they “know” the cars they sell, but Jacob Joyce, the service manager, is by far the BEST I have ever worked with !! And the crew that prepped the car for delivery… this 5 year old Mercedes looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Shop AlphaCars…. You will NOT be disappointed ! :-)

Certainly the finest auto and motorcycle dealership I have ever dealt with! The have a fine selection of cars and motorcycles and know the pros and cons of each. Honest and forthright explanations are the hallmark of this company. Just bought my second motorcycle from Darrell Faulkenberry and am very pleased with my purchase.

I am very happy with the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 that I bought at AlphaCars. The salesman was attentive and helpful without being pushy. I actually enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend them.
