  • Customer service?

    I had to bring my car in for warranty work. A popping sound in the right rear. They had the car for days and finally someone in the service dept....

    I had to bring my car in for warranty work. A popping sound in the right rear. They had the car for days and finally someone in the service dept. found a bulletin with the correct repair procedure. The fix only lasted for about six months. The car also went in for non functioning reverse lights. After the second "fix" the lights are still working but they could not give me a reason for the lights not working. Oh but they did break a mounting ear off the taillight assembly. All the time the service manager was anything but pleasant. Thankfully a gentleman named Brian in service was much nicer. Either way because of the service manager's bad attitude and plain rudeness i would never use them again. I bought Two cars from the dealership when it was Feders and never had a problem. Checked into a new car there and found the staff to be mostly useless.

    I leased a Subaru Legacy on July 21, 2016. Love the car but trying to get the store to get the correct information to my insurance company has just been horrible. Spoke to the Sales Manager yesterday, said he would take care of it and get right back to me. I have not heard from him. Still have not received my registration. It seems you get car at Johnstons and you leave the building..and no one cares or follows up. Really disappointed.
