01/2026 Was not high pressure. My Salesperson and F and I were very helpful in the price negotiations and financing. Was very pleased. Especially that I was not handcuffed all day to the dealership like so many other Stores in Florida. Overall a very please experience.

In December 2024, I purchased a new Buick envision it was
In December 2024, I purchased a new Buick envision it was a gray car and the customer service at the dealership with the GM, Jason the finance manager Jason and Maren helped on the other end at the desk. We’re just awesome. Again I went back last week and traded in my envision and got a brand new Yukon. The customer service was just as good if not better and they are just the sweetest kindest people and the dealership is always very clean and they have made the car by process for the second time easy.

Smooth experience purchasing my new truck. Rickey Davis was an excellent salesman , knowledgeable, polite and no pressure. I would highly recommend Orange Buick GMC. This is the second truck that I have purchased from them and I live in Melbourne. Well worth the drive!

Extremely disappointing and uncompetitive
Extremely disappointing and uncompetitive experience Our experience with Orange Buick GMC was frustrating from start to finish. Their online listing and the worksheet they sent us did not match. The website showed a selling price of $61,624 OTD, while their worksheet listed $60,300 pre-tax, and they never itemized or explained the $4,074 difference between discount and manufacturer rebates. Even their “government fees” appeared inflated and unexplained compared with typical Florida DMV charges. When we compared prices statewide, it became clear their offer was far above market. Dealers across Florida are routinely selling comparable vehicles, same model, trim, and options, for thousands less, often with clearer disclosure of rebates and requirements. We asked direct, simple questions by email to clarify the discrepancies, but instead of straightforward answers, we were met with vague replies and pressure to “talk by phone,” a common sales tactic used to avoid leaving a paper trail. Consumers deserve accuracy and transparency in writing, not evasive communication. If you’re shopping for a Buick, check other Florida dealers first. You’ll find better pricing, clearer paperwork, and far more transparency elsewhere in my opinion.

EXCEPTIONAL Customer service!! I explained my concerns, they understood what I was saying and fixed everything! even what I had not mentioned. AND they only had I car for 1 day! Previously took to another dealer who had my car for 5 days and did what?? not sure cause still had issues when I drove off their lot. I will be back even if I have to drive 20 miles their level of great service is worth it! I have recommended Orange Buick to friends.

A replacement part was ordered I was never notified it
A replacement part was ordered I was never notified it was in. I called parts who advised it had been there awhile. Requested loaner never notified none available. Again I had to call back to find out. Picked up vehicle got home and found car parts were still in the back not assembled. Called service manager he never called me back. Service writer called to have me bring it back. No apologies given. Took car back to get loose parts assembled.
