Very accommodating when I needed to pick up my title, the

Very accommodating when I needed to pick up my title, the sales man drove me to my home to get it. And when I had to have the running boards put on the vehicle the sales man (Rodney) picked me up so I could get the new vehicle back quicker

I thought I was dealing with an honorable honest

I thought I was dealing with an honorable honest dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gave him two opportunities to be truthful and he failed on both occasions. I informed management of his deception and apparently they condone this behavior. They readjusted the price a bit as Bryan didn't use the advetised price. Brayan is still employed by BobSteele Chevrolet. Whenever dealing with the sales staff ALWAYS ask for the sales manager to review the proposal. My upcoming new car purchase for my wife will definitely not be placed with this deralership..

You know who I am, you have a record of the sale, all of my personal information and could reach out to me if you wanted to. You condone lying by your salesman and if you didn't, management AND Brayan would have already apologized. You have no honor and I will continue to inform everyone I can of your dishonest sales tactics, and that you are the prime example of "the lying used car salesman" You've had ample opportunities to respond to my phone calls and would if you were sincere.

I’ve bought 4 vehicles here so far, the service is prompt. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We just bought our first EV, an Equinox. Britton Eddy was my salesman, and is very knowledgeable about the GM Ev’s. He also followed up in a couple days. He cares about the customers.

Overall I had a great experience with my purchase.

Overall I had a great experience with my purchase. My only dislikes were how I was pressed to add on additional warranties and gap insurance after repeatedly saying no. Other than that, it was a smooth purchase and I would recommend Bob Steele to anyone.
