I can honestly say that I never had so much fun purchasing a truck ! A great team of people who work together well together; professional, witty, and real assets to Kelly Ford !! Before walking in the door, I was greeted with a big Red Bow on the hood of the F-250 King Ranch that we drove up to see. Every step of the process was smooth and genuinely enjoyable. The team's attention, energy, and care made the experience truly unforgettable, from Cameron to Tomas to Hunter to Gupper and let's not forget Maria. Their genuine enthusiasm and collaborative spirit were evident, creating an environment that was both inviting and reassuring. We were happy to receive outstanding service in a positive atmosphere. The approach was gentle and there was no aggressive sales pitch. Everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. Any questions were answered and the whole process was comfortable. I absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kelly Ford ! May you all have a great experience !

Kelly ford ◦ Requested the paperwork which the dealership service on the car, was told it would be with my paperwork at the end. It was not. • Had to get the front end aligned immediately since it shook on interstate. • Verbally was told new tires, the front tires are not new. • Requested the car fax report and was told it would be with my paperwork—-it was not • Working document indicated $20k for trade in car and finance paperwork wrote up at $18,800 • Text messages and internet indicated the car was $29,895, financial paperwork was written up as $31,382. This does not include the delivery service and filing fee which was added separate . Of course some of this was our fault for not looking at paperwork and trusting the dealership Definitely with doc-u-sign you don’t review as thoroughly Recommendation for anyone going to this dealership, slow down and double check the paperwork
