I recently moved to the area and this is my first experience with Kelly Ford. Mobile service worked well for my schedule and I couldn't be more pleased. Natashia scheduled the appointment for Tim and Josh to come to my home and service my Bronco. Everything was PERFECT!! They called to say they were running a few minutes late, came by, and in a short time had the service completed. Tim and Josh were professional and thorough. Natashia's follow up was excellent. I will certainly use the mobile service option again. Thanks!
