Kelly Ford provided me with the best car buying experience on my Chrysler 200 last month! From the minute I met Valerie she took wonderful care of me. She truly made me feel like family and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. She went above and beyond truly and didn’t make me feel pressured. I had walked away from another Ford dealer a few years ago when I started looking for cars as they were very pushy.The process here was very easy and she walked me through every step of the way on buying my first car! I don't know who Clayton is. Tomas was very nice and assisted us in selecting a truck that suited our needs. I do think the process needs to be more efficient, we were there several hours after deciding to purchase the truck.
