TJ in the parts department was great I had a recall for
TJ in the parts department was great I had a recall for my 2020 F350 door sticker that nobody in the service department could take care of for the past 4 years but TJ in the Parts department went the extra mile and jumped thru all the hoops and got it done for me, Thank you TJ.

Only does easy repairs to used vehicles. The tpms was on an after purchase I went to service dept within 3 days to see if they would fix and was advised that it was not authorized by sales to do in their wehicle prep/inspection

Traci, the service writer, did an outstanding job.
Traci, the service writer, did an outstanding job. She kept me up to date on every curve ball a 22 year old Mustang GT offers. Between disclosing new issues identified, sourcing out of inventory/production parts, Traci called, texted to connect live with important issues and sage advice. The service techs did great work fixing all the problems we drove in with and located other issues to make sure our car was running properly & safe to drive. We bought the Mustang GT brand new from Kelly Ford. Kelly has taken great care of us.

I had an amazing experience at Kelly Ford on 1/28. I dropped by the Service Dept with a question about my 2012 Lincoln MKX and was greeted by Maria and Lee. I also was interested in two pre-owned SUV’s that I saw on their website so Maria introduced me to Thomas Garcia. This is where my day took a serious upward turn that sent me home in my gorgeous 2021 Lincoln Nautilus!! The amazing twist is that I purchased my MKX from Kelly Ford back in 2016!! I can’t begin to thank Thomas enough for his time, respect, patience and helpfulness as I pondered my purchase. Trust me, stop by and ask for Thomas, you will not be disappointed!
