Purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander 10/14/2025. Althought the dearler charged me $995 for dealer prep, the vechicle had a layer of dirt on the exterior when I was handed the keys. I told the salesperson that the car was not clean and that there was also a layer of dust on the rear window. He took the vehicle back to clean it and after wating another 15 minutes, he came back and told us the prep people had gone for the night. When I pay $995 for dealer prep, I expect the vechicle to be in pristine condition when I drive off the lot. After calling the dealership, they told me I can come back and they would take of the issue. I live 45 minutes away and to expect me to waste my whole afternoon for something that should have been done prior to me taking delivery. I said no thank you.

Rude and disrespectful is an understatement! These people gave me a weeklong runaround and are absolutely not responsive at all. Just a bunch of rude and arrogant sales people that have zero interest in selling you a vehicle! And if they do respond to you it takes over a day for an answer! No thanks! Plenty dealerships out there but this one is definitely not the one I want to spend my hard earned money on!! PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM! Read the reviews! I’m not the only one that had those issues with them

You have my information and I would kindly expect a public response from you so everyone can see how you handle customer complaints. Whoever responded to my text messages from your number 786-659-1794 on October 4 and October 10 was the person that sent me those rude and nasty messages. I wish I could include the screenshots here but I’ll upload them on Google for you to review. You should have my contact information there since I was the person interested in the VW ID.4. I ended up purchasing the same exact vehicle from Audi in Stewart with top-notch customer service! You guys have been more than rude from the minute I spoke to your sales department. The burden is on you to make this situation right!

Had a Kia.
Had a Kia. Took it to fix a leaking coolant issue and overheating. Spent thousands and they couldn’t find the issue but kept charging me. After that it still leaked and I was told “well leaking coolant isn’t an issue and it’s a Kia” never again

🚨🚨🚨🚨: Deceptive Warranty Practice and No Refund- Avoid this Dealership! I recently purchased a used vehicle at the Mitsubishi and was upsold several extended warranties by the finance manager, Christopher Yu. Per the contract, I had 30 days to cancel for full refund. I decided to cancel just 7 days after the purchase and emailed Christopher directly as instructed . He responded confirming receipt of my cancellation request, which gave confidence it was handled. A week later (14 days post-purchase), I returned to the dealership to have 2 tires installed that where included in my deal. During that visit, Christopher assured me the refund process was underway and that it would take 4-8 weeks for the funds to be sent back to my lien holder. I trusted his word and waited patientialy. It’s now been over that timeframe, and no refund has ever materialized. I followed several times by email and phone ( which I have documented proof of). I went ahead and emailed the Mitsubishi General Manager for assistance on this matter which he forwarded my email to the Finance director showing proof of when original email was sent. But have gotten no resolution , no updates and accountability. This feels like a deliberate stall tactic to pocket the money from unnecessary warranties they pushed hard during financing. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, think twice about add-ons- especially warranties. Their finance team, and leadership seem more interested in sales that honoring cancellations or customer service. I am considering further action. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
