Sales person was knowledgeable and seemed to understand

Sales person was knowledgeable and seemed to understand my needs. The QX50 I test drove was nice but the two displays had far to much information for me. My QX70 that was in for servicing is older but has very low mileage so a new car isn't needed yet.

Service and Comments Review

Tony has taken care of my G37 convertible since 2012. It still looks showroom ready and I most likely will keep it for another 11 years. It has 205000 miles and the engine still purrs. He just serviced my new Q50 and couldn?t be happier. It was done in the time he said it would be, washed and ready to go.

Great dealership!

Great service. I?ve been with Sawgrass infinity for about 10 years. Pierre Russo is one of the best sales representatives they have, very knowledgeable and always willing to help you. The service is really good and one of the reasons I stayed with them, Tony Shaw is just the best.

POOR COMMUNICATION

PATHETIC COMMUNICATION AND EXCUSES - BRIAN NO SHOWED TO MY APPRAISAL TODAY. SALES MANAGER CALLED TO GIVE ME EXCUSES ON WHY THEY CAN'T COMMUNICATE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD FIRE HIM IF HE WORKED FOR ME.
