Happy customer

It?s always a pleasant visit with Sawgrass infinity. Upon arrival my car is handled with care and upon departure is returned to clean and running effectively my service advisor Toni has been phenomenal over the past four years. Thank you Sawgrass infinity for making each experience better than the last.

This was one of the worst car experiences I have ever

This was one of the worst car experiences I have ever have in my life. Tony Shaw did now help me at all and came up with all different excuses on not helping customer today. I don’t know what kind of dealership operations they are running here at Sawgrass. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for service . Requested time off from work just not to get any help. Terrible customer service. He had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay for two brand new tires before doing diagnostic on my car. Then he told me that they don’t really change tires on my kind of car anymore which makes no sense to me since it’s a Infiniti. Please don’t come here for service the worst in the business. Phil Kasten was no help and unreliable as a manger . Be aware of this place they try to take your money . Money hungry

Best buying experience

We had the best purchase experience at Sawgrass Infiniti with Pier Russo. We purchased an Infiniti QX60 and it was truly a pleasure dealing with Pier. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. Pier was very professional, very knowledgeable and straight forward and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hrs. Thanks Pier for the great treatment and we highly recommend Sawgrass Infiniti. Don?t waste your time going anywhere else!

NOT TO BE TRUSTED At ALL

The managers are crooks I wanted to trade my vehicle. But they did not trade it and just took my car.after 3 days I got a call back from them saying that I should pickup my car which I left there . I told them that they inspected my car and did my transfer of tags .there answer was oh salesman did a mistake. Then I was told I have take both of the cars . They are not to be trusted. THEY PLAY GAMES THERE .THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Walter Anderson is an excellent sales associate.

Walter Anderson is an excellent sales associate. He is knowledgeable about the car and reviewed the various packages and options available to us. Walter is friendly, personable and easy to work with to finalize the deal. Once we purchased the car, Walter took all the time needed to explain functions and features in the car, and he helped set up some functions such as ApplePlay. This QX60 is the second car we bought from Walter. And he is the go-to guy for future purchases! Steve Samson is an excellent service advisor. He's been our advisor for many years, and I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend working with Steve.

Great place

I just had a maintenance/ service check with Toni-ann my service advisor. My car was stolen and recovered by the police. She commiserated with me and promised to give the car a comprehensive review. She was exceptional in duty and assured me that I was going to be happy with the results. I have been coming to this dealership for many years. Workmanship is absolutely amazing and the staff is excellent. That's why I keep coming back. I would highly recommend them to whomever desires exceptional care .

Immediate care for a problem

My car was in need of urgent repair. I was greeted quickly, and my problem with my vehicle was addressed promptly. The service department and manager was well-informed, courteous, and resolved by problem in a timely manner.
