Totally Insulting

Electronic issues

I have a QX55 from sawgrass Infiniti. However I love my suv crossover. But the electronic system is crap. I’ve taken my vehicle back to be informed that they are aware of the clock not being able to stay set , the CarPlay goes off and on by itself, my top screen blacks out and comes back on when it wants, my Bluetooth disconnects and connects often, my audio menu and climate button often doesn’t work. I have to keep playing with all my buttons and functions. I pray Infiniti gets it together with a solution. This truck is a pretty penny yo be going through ll of these inconveniences. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Serive is Terrible!

I was with this company for little over 10 years. In just the past couple years. There service went down tremendoulsy. I brought my car into serivice last month to be evaluted with expection. It ws a serious issue which sparked plugs that needed to be repaced. It cost over 2,000 no one caught that I needed them sooner. This company just cares about your money and not the best interest of the client. There customer service in sales, service department sucks. Also they did not do a walk around with me present when vehicle was dropped off by tow truck. It cause me not to see the damage done on car sooner. I will never purchase another infinti and do business with this company ever again. Also will not recommend anyone ever at the location. The whole staff does't know how to take care of there customers.
