Avoid Sawgrass infiniti service if you don’t want to ruin your car! Dropped Infiniti qx80 for regular oil change and tire rotation. 1) unfortunately only after arriving at home (20mi away) underground that they NEVER ROTATE my tires. Previously repaired tire with a marker sign was at the same position. Ok, I live far from the shop so I didn’t return. In a 2-3 weeks after my car started misfiring when started. Ok, I started blaming a fuel quality/plugs (even the car has less then 70k mi). Soon I’ve got check engine light on! Codes p0014 and p0021, which is in majority cases caused by wrong oil viscosity and not changing oil for a long period of time. I drove only 300 mi after the Infiniti Sawgrass service. Looks like they simply DID NOTHING on my car. I never expected something similar from the reputable official service. Avoid! Look at attached pictures how dirty the oil aftwr the fresh service. Shame on you

Can't see myself going anywhere else.
Can't see myself going anywhere else. I've been with this dealership from they were at Lighthouse Point. They have done so much for me. In 2020, I had a major problem with my vehicle that totalled thousands of dollars in repair cost, but thanks to Sawgrass Infiniti, I paid only a fraction of the cost. I am still at a loss for words. Mr. Danny Simpson who has been my service advisor for years is simply the best. He is always welcoming, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Love it there. Never, ever had a bad experience.

Amazing Service Department

Philip Sherlock General Sales Manager is a Condescending
Philip Sherlock General Sales Manager is a Condescending disrespectful jerk!!!!!! I want to rate this company a ZERO!!!!!!!!!!! The worst experience of my life they try to sell me a 2019 Lexus RX after looking at vehicle up on Carfax while sitting there in the dealership it was noted that the vehicle had been sideswiped. They still try to push off this vehicle to sells rep, then went to get his manager I advised him of the car fax and the damage to the vehicle and ask why they were still trying to sell it at its max price knowing that there was a $7000 difference since the vehicle has been sideswiped.They sell Damage Cars Check you Carfax!!!!!! Don’t give Philip Sherlock General Sales Manager is a Lying JerK!!!!!! Reporting you to better business bureau!!!!!!!
