Arrogant and unreliable. They contacted me multiple times...
Arrogant and unreliable. They contacted me multiple times to try to sell me a car. Am from Pennsylvania and I attempted to make arrangements to come and see the vehicle (would have likely purchased it since it's exactly the vehicle am looking for). Sales associate strung me along all weekend and made it impossible for me to arrange to travel to see the car by Monday or Tuesday. Then sales associate disappeared from the office for the weekend, as did her "manager" Even though I had been assured their dealership would be open all weekend. Guess they were tired of dealing with me, because when I told their receptionist we were out of time for making travel arrangements, their receptionist said she "didn't deserve that." Guess I'll just give them what they want, because I'll never do business with Sawgrass Infiniti again. Approach them with EXTREME caution.

Complete Shady and Deceiving. AVOID
To echo another review on here this was probably the most ridiculous, shady, and backhanded car buying experience I have ever been through. This place is the reason car dealers have a bad name. Let me share the backstory here. I had found a car been searching for for a little while sitting on their lot via cars.com. I am about 7 hours from the dealership so I was doing this all remotely. I was looking to purchase a BMW X5M from them. During our first call I had asked a very clear and concise question of beyond their price on the Internet what other fees do they add to the price of the car? Their response was just taxes, registration fees and a small dealer fee. I asked very clearly is that it and they assured me it indeed was. After going back-and-forth a little bit on price I decided to have the car inspected by a third-party which was about 10 minutes down the road from them at my cost. I then had the pre purchase inspection done and paid for. Overall the inspection came back pretty good with the exception of the brakes being low and all four rims being relatively heavily curbed. Obviously this isn't the dealers fault it was something we had to address. This was on Thursday afternoon. Friday morning we spoke and I said I would take the car at its current price if they agreed to fix the wheels which cost them about $100 a wheel roughly. If they would agree to that I would buy one-way airline ticket down to see them Monday morning, sign everything and drive the vehicle home. Their response was they were going to send me all of the paperwork and pricing and if I signed off on that they would fix the wheels. It's what happen next that makes this truly an awful dealership to work with and quite frankly I think should be a reason they fire their sales manager. It is also technically illegal. The final price I got back was nearly $7000 more than the price we agreed upon. Some of that was taxes and registration, the majority of it was completely made up and non-disclosed fees. These fees included, reconditioning and inspection for $1615. This is the cost at the dealer incurs to recondition a car to get it ready for sale and they were trying to push that cost onto me. I've probably bought 15 cars I have never seen a dealer try to charge me for reconditioning much less over $1000 for it. The next charge was for wheel locks and tint to the tune of $795. What in the xxxx kind of wheel locks are they installing on this car? There was a dealer documentation for $995, which is the highest I've ever seen. And a Perma Plate, which is apparently a high-end wax that they chose to put on this car that I never asked for which was $699. The actual legitimate fees or taxes at $279 and IMF at $500 there was also some non-tax fees at $402. So the grand total was about $6300 higher than our agreed-upon price. I literally laughed and said no what is really the price of the car and the sales person told me this was the deal the sales manager has on the table you can take it or leave it. I won hundred percent left it. I wish they would have told me about all of these hidden fees prior to me paying for a pre-inspection on the vehicle and buying a plane ticket to fly down there. They then actually had the xxxxx to inform me they forgot to include an out of state fee which would probably be about another thousand dollars. I ended up finding the same exact vehicle with half the mileage for $4000 less than what they're marked up price ended up buying and bought that one two days later. This is a shady dealership, they are the reason car dealerships have bad names I would stay far away from these guys as possible make sure you get all of the fees in writing ahead of time because it is very apparent they try to pull this over on their customers, I will also echo several other comments I saw on here that they are very dishonest and deceiving. I would literally never buy a car from the dealership.
