I purchased a used vehicle from them and though they were

I purchased a used vehicle from them and though they were quite nice while I purchased the vehicle, they dropped the ball with their follow up. I have waited for more than a month to receive the fourth (Range Rover) mat to my car, though I requested it on the day of the purchase. I have followed up at least 3 times speaking to the sales person as well as the Sales Manager regarding this issue. As I explained, no one purchases a vehicle to have any aspect of the purchase lacking. In addition to this concern, they advertised a $500 gas card as a promo (which is still being advertised on the site), though the Sales Manager, Phil, told me my purchase did not qualify. When I asked the criterion for the disqualification, there was no reason given. I asked was there someone I could speak to regarding this discrepancy and Mr. Sherlock assured me there was no one that would honor my request. I have attempted to speak with the general manager as well as the after care consultant—to no avail. The lack of care after my purchase leaves me unhappy and frustrated with the service provided by the dealership.

Was hoping for a better experience…..

Purchased a low mileage 2015 QX80 in April. Prior to sale it was fantastic, all questions answered, which were many on my end due to out of state purchase. Since purchase there has been an unacceptable level of communication. I have emailed multiple times, regarding the memo title delays, and very very little follow up. We are currently on our third set of temporary tags, and still no memo title. Have not heard back from sales (Oliver/Pier) or the person I was forwarded to in their “Title Company”. We have purchased numerous vehicles before this, and never had this issue or lack of clarity.

I have had my Infiniti vehicles serviced here for almost

I have had my Infiniti vehicles serviced here for almost 15 years. While Infiniti makes outstanding vehicles it is the great service program that keeps me loyal to the brand. I have had no significant maintenance related issues with the vehicles serviced by Sawgrass over the years and I attribute that in part to the the excellent service provided.

BUYER Beware!

BUYER Beware! ZERO stars. WORST car buying experience in my life. Please take your business elsewhere!!! They do not deserve your time or business. The staff will LIE to you; claim ignorance; pass you off to another ignorant staff member; and do absolutely NOTHING to honor what their employees told you they would do. The sales manager was supposed to call me 4 days ago; the finance manager a day ago….NOTHING heard. ZERO customer service!!! Absolutely atrocious. Go somewhere else; trust me; you will be better off. (Had to give 1-star; it’s actually zero)

DO NOT buy a used car from here

DO NOT buy a used car from here. The staff will LIE to you and DO NOT care about customer service, despite what they espouse on their website. They will use every tactic in the ‘slimy car salesman’ book: LIE (multiple parties- “you’re covered on your warranty; just take it to a Chevy dealer” ), DELAY, go talk to their manager, fix minor faults & try to make you feel like they’re taking care of you, claim ignorance because the vehicle you purchased wasn’t an Infiniti, LIE again about making things right- and don’t. Take your business elsewhere; this dealership & its employees do not deserve your business!

fantastic team at Sawgrass

Sales experience excellent, worked with Brian and he is amazing. Also worked with Walter who is also excellent. Service I’ve worked with Troy and Tony. Very accommodating, whole team has great customer skills and make you feel like family while at the dealer.
