Omg what a great dealership!

“The Best or Nothing.

“The Best or Nothing.?” I am seeking resolution regarding ongoing issues with my vehicle following service at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale. The vehicle was brought in on June 20, 2025, for recall service. It experienced a no-start condition on June 23, 2025, was retained, and later released without disclosure of critical diagnostic fault codes. On June 28, 2025, the vehicle failed again and was towed back to the dealership. Prior to towing, it lost power while being driven at highway speeds, creating a serious safety concern. On July 5, 2025, I was shown critical fault codes directly from the Mercedes-Benz XENTRY system—information that had not been disclosed at the time of release. Based on this, I authorized further diagnostics. On July 23, 2025, I was advised the front axle drive module required replacement; however, I was also presented with trade-in and financing options instead of a clear repair resolution. Since that time, I have repeatedly requested complete diagnostic records, including XENTRY fault codes, but have only received incomplete documentation. The vehicle remains in dealership custody. A February 26, 2026 XENTRY-related report again omitted the fault codes previously referenced. The service manager who originally presented those findings is no longer employed, along with other involved personnel, further complicating accountability. On March 13, 2026, I was informed the vehicle’s windows may have been lowered while being moved and could not be raised due to lack of power. Regardless, the vehicle has remained in dealership custody and should have been properly secured. I continue to make payments on this vehicle despite being unable to use it and have been forced to obtain alternate transportation. A mediator has contacted the General Manager on my behalf, yet the matter remains unresolved. The vehicle is also subject to multiple recalls that may be directly related to the failure, including: Electrical / Propulsion / Traction Battery: * 26V073000 (Feb 5, 2026) * 25V894000 (Dec 18, 2025) * 25V487000 (Jul 24, 2025) * 25V050000 (Feb 6, 2025) Powertrain: * 24V331000 (May 9, 2024) At this time, I am requesting: * Full disclosure of all diagnostic records, including XENTRY fault codes * A complete written repair and decision history * Confirmation of the vehicle’s condition while in dealership custody Given the extended timeframe, repeated failures, safety risk, and lack of transparency, I am formally requesting a manufacturer buyback as a fair resolution. This matter is being pursued as a potential violation of the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act, and has been reported to all relevant agencies, including the Florida Attorney General’s Office. I expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved consistent with Mercedes-Benz’s standard, “The Best or Nothing.”

They sold me a “new” car which is a year old.

They sold me a “new” car which is a year old. I purchased full warranty (it’s just for 24 months, they promised to send me a check in a week. It is two weeks already - I still didn’t get it ………
