Tom service advisor excellent ..

Tom did a great job ..I don't like chain dealerships . Its not the same . To corporate for my taste . But Tom was really good and personable .

Great Service & Staff

There was a mix up with car not getting into the shop on a timely basis & the service mgr & the service writer arranged to give me a loaner car overnight. They made a potentially bad experience , a positive one. Great job taking care of a customer

Outstanding service and service representative

Our service representative, Jay Rutenberg made us feel important and completed the repairs on my automobile within the time he projected. The work on our air conditioner was completed in a satisfactory manner. Jay continues to be an asset to Auto Nation.

Leasing a new Cadillac

Had the pleasure to work with Benny Martinez. Was trading in an old Lincoln Towncar. Benny Martinez is very knowledgably and spent time to explain all my options. At no time did I feel any pressure and he worked very hard to get the best deal for me. After deciding on a car he spent time to show me how to set up all the features in the car and he told me to stop by or call at any time if I had further questions. It was a great experience from start to end. The follow up with emails and calls from Benny Martinez and Cadillac to make sure I was happy with my car was very unexpected and nice. Great experience at AutoNation.

Mike is a great service advisor. He matched the price of new tires and gave me the best deal. He kept me informed throughout my visit. Doing business here is not like any other dealership. They really care about their customers, beyond the car buying experience.

Service

Treated like a King. Jay was a Class act! They shuttled us to Cracker Barrel and back. The service was done in a reasonable time as well. All a good experience.

Bought Long Distance from Myrtle Beach

After reading some negitive reviews and deciding the negitive reviews were by people who made a lot of assumptions or where unfair, I decided to write in favor. I spied a Mazda MX5 that they had at what I knew was a great price. Good enough to by a ticket and fly and buy. The presale with Brian Pavesi could not have been smoother. This is a high end Cadillac store so a 420K sale can not be that big a deal. But they treated me as if i was purchasing a loaded Escalade. Brina personally picked me up from Ft Lauderdale and we drove back to West palm beach where the entire process took less than an hour. The car WAS AS ADVERTISED and every issue had been pointed out (one small rock hit) They detailed and filled it up and I was on my way. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend Brian and AUtoNation. I wish they had one here in Myrtle Beach. I would not consider a Cadillac because the local dealers are small, tight and handle too many models. The ONLY negative is they charge a whopping $699 in "Doc Fees" I have never seen doc fees more than $350 ever so that was a shock but since the car was priced far lower than similar MX5s I found in SC the Doc Fee was easily absorbed as I was concerned. STILL a great deal
