I just purchased my 4th Cadillac (a stunning Escalade)...

I just purchased my 4th Cadillac (a stunning Escalade) from Matt Rhineholz, Maroone West Palm Beach. Totally FLAWLESS transaction, yet again! I'm an executive with Marriott so I know outstanding customer service when I experience it. In today's world, it quite rare. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He knows his product and he had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. The most impressive part of the purchase was how SEAMLESS Maroone Cadillac and Matt made the deal. I had 2 phone calls with Matt and one trip to their dealership and my deal was done. Two days later I had a quick phone call from Matt, following up to see if all was OK with my new truck. Total class act, Maroone Cadillac....West Palm Beach

I'm 69 years old and have purchased 60 or more vehicles in my lifetime. I have never had a better more friendly and professional experience ever. I traded in my 2002 Corvette and purchased a 2012 CTS-V in a smooth and fast transaction. I'm looking forward to my first oil change service. My wife and I are really enjoying the care. perry is a true professional in everythind he does. he was responsive,friendly and listened to all of our needs. and his follow-up has been something i never before experienced with a car dealer. the dealership also gets it and i will always try to find a way to deal with maroone

Left a $500 deposit on a used 2007 Cadillac DTS and 30...

Left a $500 deposit on a used 2007 Cadillac DTS and 30 minutes later I received a phone call for John Rogers the sales manager of the dealership and was told that the wheels on the car I just left a deposit on were promised to a prior customer that purchased a car there 2 days prior. I explained to the manager John Rogers that I wanted the car with the wheels that were on it but he refused to let me have them and offered me a set of inferior wheels in their place. His attitude was very unprofessional and I purchased the same car at another cadillac dealership for a lower price and with more honest sales people. I would recommend them to people who have a lot of time & money to waste.

This is the second time I've had a most wonderful...

This is the second time I've had a most wonderful experience with Perry D'Alelio and Maroone Cadillac. My first experience was the best I'd ever had at a dealership and when it came time to replace my SRX, there was no question as to whom would take care of it. After only a few emails and a phone call, my new SRX was waiting for me. In less than an hour, everything was taken care of, Perry oriented me on the new features of the vehicle and we were on our way. Local dealers have tried, but no one can touch the service and price I get from Perry and Maroone Cadillac. I'll never mind making the 90 mile round trip as it's most important to me to do business with fair and honest people. I have and will always recommend Perry and Maroone Cadillac for a "simple, honest and hassle free vehicle purchase experience". Keep up the good work!

I am delighted with the purchase of my new 2011 Cadillac Escalade from Maroone Cadillac. Perry Dalelio was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful and informative in making my decision on my new car purchase. Perry offered me a fair trade-in price on my 2005 Escalade and an attractive price on my new one.

I am 62 years old and have purchased at least twenty cars...

I am 62 years old and have purchased at least twenty cars during my adult life. In almost every case, the experience was unpleasant. There are few things more frustrating then dealing with salespeople who are poorly prepared or purely interested in getting as much money as they can. From the start, Eric "listened". He didn't try to manipulate and never asked that awful question "what do we have to do to get you into this car?" I have bought BMW's. Mercedes,Chryslers and Audis from reputable dealers but Eric and the team at Maroone outshined them all. He listened and delivered from our first encounter online through the 45 minutes he spent after the sale, patiently explaining how to operate my new SRX. It's one thing to have a great product, and you do. It is another thing to have a someone like Eric to help me make an informed decision about a $40,000-plus purchase. I felt comfortable, relaxed and most importantly, so very happy that I chose Maroone. I will be back! Pat O'Brien

This was far and above the BEST car buying experience I...

This was far and above the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I honestly was blown away by the process. Eric was extremely responsive, professional and efficient. On a Thursday I spoke to Eric about the lease and by that afternoon I had approved a quote, faxed my insurance information, ID and registration and completed the credit application online. On Friday I came to the dealership and picked up the vehicle. The entire process consisted of 2 brief discussions with Eric and less than an hour at the dealership. Within 2 days Eric reached out to answer any questions I may have and ensure I am happy with my purchase. This is the third car my husband and I have purchased from Maroone Cadillac and while every experience has been pleasant this one takes the cake! We will purchase every future car from Eric Griffiths. I would be happy to speak with anyone by phone to further discuss this experience and my satisfaction with Maroone and specifically with Eric Griffiths' service.
