Purchaser

Great experience buy our SRX. Would recommend this dealership to anyone! All staff is professional, friendly and effiicient. We were under a time constraint, they were respectful of that and executed our purchase quickly. Rudy was our salesman, he was excellent.

Service Department Review

My wife and I have purchased two Cadillacs from your dealership and have stayed loyal to the company as it has morphed from Schooley to Maroone to Auto Nation. Our service writer, Jay Rutenberg, is not only a consummate professional but a trusted friend. Our mechanic, Mat Perunko, who is the only technician I would trust with our cars, is extraordinarily competent technically and an invaluable resource concerning the operation and maintenance of our vehicles. These employees make me feel as though I'm coming home when it is time to service my Cadillacs.

AutoNation--excellent!!

AutoNation W. Palm--first rate. Business like but very friendly and eager to please. Responded to all my requests very quickly and responsively. Gave me a bid easy to read (leased a 2013 Escalade) and understand with all alternatives spelled out. Benny Martinez was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Spent many hours explaining everything. David Wolfe, sales mgr, was available whenever needed, very pleasant, totally engaged. This was a terrific buying experience totally in contrast with another So fla Cadillac dealer whose salespeople were indifferent, not knowledgeable and unwilling to any specifics. AutoNation--Here! Here!--an absolutely terrific experience. Thanks!!

We had visited several other dealers first and really felt like we found the best by working with Perry and Maroone (Autonation). This is the second car we have leased from Perry at...

This is the second car we have leased from Perry at Autonation Cadillac. We found Perry to be very patient, very caring about our needs, and very knowledgeable about his product. He worked with us from the time we called for an appointment to the time we drove our CTS out of the showroom. Auotnation is very lucky to have Perry. I have owned BMW, MB, Porsche & other fine cars for many years. My CTS-V wagon is right up there in quality (and faster). Perry D'Alelio, one of the best salespeople I have ever had. Personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to get me the car I wanted and make a complex deal work. But perhaps most important, a $3000 mistake was made in the sales tax and I was credited with the difference as soon as the mistake was discovered. Nice doing business with a company with honest employees.
