Purchased a certified used Honda here and take it back to the dealer for service. The initial wait time was 1.5 hours, which I had not accounted for. They were able to prioritize my car and finish in 45 minutes so I could return to work and attend important meetings.

I have been dealing with Louis for over 15 years.
I have been dealing with Louis for over 15 years. He is honest and he tells it like it is, There were many times when he tried his best to get me a great deal but, sometimes its out of his hands and it goes to very aggressive talking people over him. They seem to forget how to treat the person that is willing to spend over $28,000 dollars on a car. They want more and more for stuff that I.m not interested in buying. I have purchased at least 8 cars from louis and it could have been 15. He is the only person I would buy from and now it seems that he is in a different position so that won't happen. They should allow him to work with HIS customers from the past and not the new kids on the block that talk fast and dont know how to listen.

Thank you for your interest in my review. I know its supply and demand in the car business but, your salespeople are too aggresive and its "already on the car and we cant do anything about it" "If you dont want the car, there are people behind you that will take it'. The car has a market adjustment, extra profit to the dealer, thats the only way you can buy the car. I'm not interested in paying $3500.00 or more above MSRP and also having extra stuff, That I dont want forced on me. I know every time I try and make a deal there, there is the "no Way Can I sell it for that price. The same goes through with the trade in value. It seems that buying services always beats your offer by two or three thousand dollars.Yet you make profits on the Doc fees for the sale and the trade.Todays buyers are , for the most part, tired of the dealerships games. For the last time, every time you ask to see what you can do, its all words and nothing behind them. Streight talk works for me and I'm sure for other folks.
