Fire this staff!!!!! Go anywhere else. 2017 Beemer

Service manager and staff should be fired. Worst service of any dealership in decades. Brought my 2017 BMW in for service on 11/11. A $100 part had to be ordered to fix my bmw from stalling. Was told part was ordered. When calling learned by service person was no longer employed there. Spent 30 mininutes on the phone with parts who also had no clue to what was going on. Then spoke to service manager who said part was there but was not able to get me in for over 12 days. Latter calling and dealing withi two different service advisors who were no help and never returned a call as promised I was lost. Recieved a text for my appointment and responded to postpone it until someone could verify the part was there. Received a call on a Friday and was told I would recieve a call back on Monday with no call backs ever. Ended up taking my beemer else where for the same repair that ended up costing less than half what this dealership was going to charge me. Spent 3.5 hours to get the beemer diagnosed on the first appointment for this issue which was not my first appointment here. I will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. Just glad I found a honest garage who will have my service moving forward.

Horrible Dealer, Damages to New Car

I am genuinely tired of the incompetence. Bert Smith damaged my vehicle months ago and the operation director, David Reiff, advised Michael Kennedy will cover the costs for the repairs at the shop of my choosing. I contacted the service manager, Michael Kennedy, for payment per David and Michael has not provided the necessary payment. I even contacted the general manager, Larry Graner, for assistance with this matter, but Larry is just as lazy and unresponsive. If you're the GM, Director, or Service Manager, do YOUR JOB & ARRANGE PAYMENT TO RESOLVE THIS! Additionally, I did not appreciate Jayson Cruz, Service Manager, shutting down the service department (he locked the doors/gate and turned off the lights), leaving my vehicle key unattended and in the open, or leaving for the day while I was trying to complete my vehicle pickup inspection with him. I informed both David Reiff and Larry Garner of the incident and to-date I have not received an apology. Do not service your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman! The service team continued to tell me issues were repaired; however, when asked them to demonstrate the functionality they never could...

Bert Smith BMW

We leased our last BMW from another dealership that never called me back and obviously didn?t want to put me back into a BMW! I called Bert Smith BMW and within a few hours they found me a car, gave me a quote, I went and test drive the car and they made the deal happen .. Bert Smith is the best BMW dealership in Pinellas County!!

2021 BMW X5 S-Drive

My wife and were very happy with the Customer Service of Bert Smith BMW; and especially the buying process. The buying process was so simple and and easy we did not even realize we had gone through it; until we were completely finish with the transaction. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and also very quiet.

Friendly staff and great customer care

Buying cars from a dealer has always been a tedious and exhausting experience (similar to going to a dentist), but Bert Smith BMW pulled out all the stops to made it easier and friendlier. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Their specialist properly called "Genius", took all the time necessary to ensure that we were well informed and comfortable with the huge number of features that new cars (and especially BMWs) now have. We would highly recommend the staff at this dealership to our friends and neighbors.

The car is leaking oil from the engine wich is a BMW manufacturer defect and even tho the car meets the extended warranty and milage requirements they wanted me to pay full price for a new engine. Also who charges for a wiper blade change 100$... srsly...
